HBO’s The Deuce is now casting for additional high school students in New York City.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Monday, April 30th in Queens, New York City.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- GWC is seeking NU 13-17yr old teens to portray 1970s High School Students for Season 2 of the HBO series, THE DEUCE!
About The Deuce:
“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early ’70s through the mid ’80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine.Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. James Franco will play both twins in the new HBO series.

GWC is seeking NU 13-17yr old teens to portray 1970s High School Students for Season 2 of the HBO series, THE DEUCE!
Tentatively works on Monday 4/30
Will be shooting in the Long Island area.
Costume fitting Thurs 4/26 or Fri 4/27 prior to work date in Queens, NY.
NU bg rate: $143/10hrs.
Please note the following:
-ALL MINORS must have valid NY child performer work permit and trust account!
-All must have valid ID to fill out I9.
-Should be local to NY area
All hair must be 1970s appropriate!
-2+ inches in length for boys! (NO edging, shaved sides, fades, buzzcuts, etc)
-About shoulder length or above for girls! (NO highlights, ombre, shaved sides, etc)

PLEASE NOTE:
The Deuce is a series that deals with life in NYC/Times Square in the 1970s. The show often depicts characters involved in prostitution, pornography, drug use, organized crime, etc. Minors will NOT be exposed to any of this subject matter while on set for this scene, but we want to make sure you are comfortable with your child appearing in this type of show!
