‘The Hate U Give’ is Still Seeking Casting Lead Speaking Roles

20th Century Fox’s new movie The Hate U Give is still accepting submissions.

Casting directors are still casting teen actors for the upcoming Fox 2000 feature film The Hate U Give. Filming will shoot in Atlanta, Georgia and the deadline to submit is this July 14th. The movie is directed by George Tillman and casting will be directed by Yesi Ramirez.

Casting directors are casting for the roles of Seven/Khalil. Producers are looking for 16 to 18 year old African American actors to work on the movie.

About The Hate U Give:

The Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg will star in Fox 2000’s “The Hate U Give,” based on the upcoming debut novel by Angela Thomas.

Thomas’ story follows a 16-year-old who attends a suburban prep school and must deal with the aftermath of witnessing a police officer shoot her unarmed best friend. When she is called to testify in court, she has to face the consequences of what she does or doesn’t say.
