FX Networks Commercial Casting Call in New Orleans

FX Network is filming a commercial in New Orleans and is seeking actors to audition for roles in the upcoming promo.

Caballero Casting posted a casting call looking for talents that are able to do speciality acts. Think, sword swallowers, little people, female dancers, and people with stretchy skin, etc.

Auditions will take place on July 13th and July 14th in New Orleans, Louisiana. Filming will take place between July 18th through the 21st.

NOW CASTING MEN AND WOMEN over 18 years of age, SPECIALTY ACTS/FREAK SHOW TYPES!!

This is an “FX PROMO” shoot that will be taking place in New Orleans, shoot dates will likely take place between 7/18-7/21st. AUDITIONS WILL TAKE PLACE JULY 13TH AND 14TH IN NEW ORLEANS. At this point we are trying to gather options to bring in for in person auditions. DO NOT submit if you do NOT have open availability from the 18th-21st of July. You may work one day to all of these days.

SUBJECT: FREAK SHOW and list special ability

INCLUDE: Name, Age, City/State you reside, Contact #, Special Ability and whether or not you are AFTRA. You should also include still photos of yourself along with video footage of yourself performing your special ability if possible.

1. CONTORTIONIST- We are looking to cast someone that can fit into a birdcage which will likely be around 3 ft high, not a canary cage.

2. FLEXIBLE PERSON- Someone who can do a hyper extended split-leg going up from a standing position

3.LITTLE PEOPLE- If you have a special talent as well please include in submission. Costumes are welcomed.

5.PERSON w/ STRETCHY SKIN-Someone who can pull their skin out far

6.FEMALE DANCERS- Looking to cast women in their late 30’s -40’s that have a robust build/frame and can dance. Dancers will be expected to point their feet and will portray a Burlesque dancer from the 40’s.
