Casting call for featured roles in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on March 24th in Atlanta, Georgia. Details for the movie have not been released. However, according to Explore Georgia, 20th Century Fox’s latest movie ‘Vacation Friends’ is now filming in and hiring crew in Atlanta.
According to Deadline, John Cena and Lil Rel Howery star in ‘Vacation Friends’ a comedy from 20th Century Fox and Hulu. Clay Tarver, an executive producer of HBO’s ‘Silicon Valley’ will direct the film in his directorial debut. At one point, Chris Pratt and his wife at the time Anna Faris were to star in the project. Then, Chris Pratt was replaced by Ice Cube.
The movie is described as follows: “Vacation Friends is about a straight-laced couple that has fun with a rowdy couple on vacation in Mexico. When they return to the States, they discover that the crazy couple they met in Mexico followed them back home.”
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Wrestler Types — big guy — needs to be a little older or overweight, past his prime – wrestler type
- Hispanic Actresses – 35-50 years old – comfortable in a bathing suit or similar look for a featured spot
- Hispanic Men and Women – all types various looks 18 – 80’s for various roles
- male Hispanic musician – 70’s or older — guitar or accordion experience
