This might not always be conventional exercise to many people…
It could be walking to the shops and back, or making it up the stairs, we want to speak to people who in their own niche way manage to remain active despite their condition.
We want to portray a wide range of ethnic and economic diversity from across England (especially those living in Urban areas and in flats) and are looking for people with compelling stories age 50+.
SO! We are looking for people with long term conditions who have found ways to be active that work for them. These aren’t the ‘superhumans’ among us – they are regular people.

• Simple/fun ways of getting active in/around your home
• Relaxing/restorative activity like yoga
• Seated exercises

Is this you or someone you know?
Participants would need to be happy to chat about their stories and experiences.

· Someone with Parkinson’s disease
· Someone who either identifies their primary barrier to activity as being pain or low energy
· Someone who’s just started being active either during or because of COVID-19
