CW’s ‘The Republic of Sarah’ Open Casting Call: Series Regular Speaking Role

CW’s Pilot ‘The Republic of Sarah’ is now casting a lead speaking role.

A nationwide search for the role of “Tyler” and casting director are casting teen actors to work on the show.

About “The Republic of Sarah”:

“The Republic of Sarah” is a new pilot from CBS Studios Television & The CW shooting from March 16 – 31 in Montreal, Canada.

Faced with the destruction of her town at the hands of a greedy mining company, rebellious high school teacher Sarah utilizes an obscure cartographical loophole to declare independence and save the homes of her friends and family. Now Sarah must lead a young group of misfits as they attempt to start their own country from scratch.

Role of Tyler:

  • [Tyler] Male Teen, 15 – 16 years old, NATIVE AMERICAN (considering 14 – 19 years old to play around 15, 16, 17 years old) Tyler is a thoughtful, introspective kid who wears his heart on his sleeve. But don’t let his reticence fool you; Tyler is tough as they come when he needs to be, thanks to a difficult childhood growing up on a reservation.
