‘American Crime’ Season 2 Open Casting Call in Austin, Texas.

The first season of American Crime centers on a racially charged murder the subsequent trial, which are examined through the personal lives of the people involved in the crime. The case gets bigger and bigger, becoming a point of conversation in America’s views on race, class and gender politics. The series is written and executive produced by Oscar Winning Screenplay writer John Ridley.

The second season, which is scheduled to premiere midseason during the 2015–16 television season, will feature a new storyline and characters, with some actors from the first season playing different characters, including Huffman, Hutton, Regina King, Elvis Nolasco, Richard Cabral, and Lili Taylor

The second season of ‘American Crime’ takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana, where a public high school student accuses several members of a private school’s championship basketball team of sexually assaulting him and then taking photos of the incident and posting them online.

Casting directors are looking for men and women to work as background actors on ‘American Crime’ Season 2. Beth Sepko Casting, the casting director for several major movies and TV shows, is looking for a ton of extras to work on the new season of ‘American Crime’.

Currently, we need additional Extras to work with us on Tuesday August 25th as Basketball Fans in San Marcos, TX.
Looking for:
Caucasian Male and Females, ages 18 and up to portray high school students and parents for the Big Basketball game filming in San Marcos, TX on Tuesday August 25, 2015.
** Looking for new submissions of people that haven’t been booked for 8/25 **
Background Extras will be paid $64/8 hours guaranteed, plus overtime if filming goes past 8 hours.
