AMC’s Dietland is now casting feminist group members in New York City.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Tuesday, February 13th in New York City.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- GWCI is seeking SAG-AFTRA / NON-UNION lean, muscular women (all ethnicity, ages 18-40) to portray Feminist Terrorist group members for the AMC series DIETLAND.
About Dietland:
Dietland, from Marti Noxon (UnReal), Skydance TV and AMC Studios, is set against the backdrop of the beauty industry. It follows Plum Kettle (Nash), an obese woman who is preparing for weight-loss surgery when her world is upturned by two rival feminist factions. Caught between old ideas and radical new extremes, Plum must decide for herself what it means to be a revolutionary as the “war of the sexes” becomes literal.

Dietland Casting Call
GWCI is seeking SAG-AFTRA / NON-UNION lean, muscular women (all ethnicity, ages 18-40) to portray Feminist Terrorist group members for the AMC series DIETLAND. Tentatively scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) 2/13 in the NYC area. Must have full day availability. Rate is $450 for eight hours.
