Commercial casting call for Japanese gamers in Toronto, Canada.

Jigsaw Casting is looking for a Japanese gamer to work on an upcoming telecommunications commercial filming in Toronto, Canada. According to the casting director is looking for “a boy who is Japanese and can speak 1 line in Japanese as well. Age range is 12-14 years old. He expressive and emotive. He does not need to be fluent however he MUST be of Japanese descent and able to say the following line: “Kono otoko no yoidesu” In English means “This guy’s good”.

Talents that are selected will be compensated $1000 to work on the commercial.

Roles

Details & Submission Information
If interested, you must submit in order to be invited in to audition.
Please e-mail the following to: [email protected]
1. Your son’s name, age and acting resume (if he has one) or tell us a bit about your son.
2. Photo(s) of your son (Where we can clearly see your face. Ideally no hats or sunglasses)
3. Your primary contact information (phone number & email address) *If you are a represented actor, please include your union status and your agent’s contact information
4. Please write ‘PROJECT JAPANESE’ in subject line of e-mail, along with your name and age. (E.G. PROJECT JAPANESE– Tanaka Masahiro –age 12)

Submissions are due by: Friday, January 28th at 5pm (However the earlier you submit the better your chances!)
You must be available for these key dates:
AUDITION: January 26th (in Toronto)
RECALL: February 1st (in Toronto)
WARDROBE: February 5th (in Toronto)
SHOOT: February 9th (in Toronto)
