<h2>What We Know About the &lsquo;Teen Wolf&rsquo; Revival Movie</h2>
It's time to put the pack back together! After four years, the cast of Teen Wolf will reunite for a feature film sequel.
Even though it took a few years to get back to the narrative, creator Jeff Davis has had ideas for revisiting the Teen Wolf universe since its 2017 conclusion.
"That was very specific. We didn't want a finale that said 'the end.' We wanted it to be an, 'and the adventure continues&hellip;' I like imagining that they're going off to continue the fight," Davis explained to&nbsp;Entertainment Weekly&nbsp;in September 2017 about choosing not to wrap up every detail. "I didn't want to see an end where they all have children, and they're happy and at home. That felt anticlimactic to me."
The sequel picks up after the season finale, in which Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and his pals complete their goal to save Beacon Hills.
"A full moon rises in Beacon Hills, and with it, a terrifying evil has emerged. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of Banshees, Werecoyotes, Hellhounds, Kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night," the press release for the film revealed. "But only a Werewolf like Scott McCall, no longer a teenager yet still an Alpha, can gather both new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they've ever faced."
Posey, urging Teen Wolf to be resurrected in some form for years, revealed that he was "thrilled" to reprise his role a few years after the series conclusion.
"I think what I'm most excited for is to see them age. We were in high school for what seemed like ten years," the&nbsp;Scream: Resurrection&nbsp;alum jokingly told&nbsp;EW&nbsp;in October 2021. "I'm excited to see them age and get out of high school. High school was such a character in itself on the show, so I'm excited to see how it's going to be without that sort of character of a school involved. It will be interesting."
The musician explained that the MTV series could make such an impression because of the characters who joined the audience on each trip.
"What really carried the show were the relationships, mostly between my character and&nbsp;Dylan O'Brien's&nbsp;character, Stiles. That to me is what really carried the show and what made people fall in love with it," Posey added at the time. "And then we got to have a lot of fun on top of that with the supernatural element, the romantic element, the horror. I think as long as we have the element of a really great relationship, whether it's friends or romantic, then everything else kind of falls into place."
It will be airing on a new network
The film, written by Davis, is scheduled to premiere on Paramount+ in 2022.
<h2>Who Is Coming Back</h2>
In February 2022, Paramount+ announced that Crystal Reed (Allison Argent), Holland Roden (Lydia Martin), Shelley Hennig (Malia Tate), Orny Adams (Coach Bobby Finstock, Mayor Caryokersky), and JR Bourne would star in the series.
Colton Haynes (Jackson Whittemore), Ryan Kelley (Deputy Jordan Parrish), Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall), Seth Gilliam (Dr. Alan Deaton), and Dylan Sprayberry (Liam Dunbar) will also return for the next chapter of the hit series.
Not many actors have been cast, except Tyler Hoechlin as Derek Hale. Stiles Stilinski (O'Brien), Arden Cho (Kira Yukimura), and Tyler Hoechlin (Derek Hale) are not connected to the production.
In March 2022, Peter and Mason were recast with Ian Bohen as Peter and Khylin Rhambo as Mason. Vince Mattis, Nobi Nakanishi, and Amy Lin Workman were also cast in the series.

In December 2021, Paramount+ will offer all 100 episodes of the initial MTV series.
<h2>Possible Appearances of Surprises</h2>
During an interview with TVLine in March 2022, Bohen stated that he remains optimistic about Derek and Peter's return.
"We would love to do that together, and I can absolutely see a world where we are reunited," he said at the time. "I know they're shooting here pretty soon, so you will have a definite yea or nay forthcoming for certain. But I feel positive about it. I wouldn't want to see a movie where Derek and Peter weren't in it."
Dylan O'Brien Is Out for the Season
"The show couldn't be more dear to me. It was the first thing I ever did I, and so many people there are extremely dear to me," the actor told&nbsp;Variety&nbsp;in March 2022. "It was something I was trying to make work, but it all happened very fast. We didn't really know that it was happening, and they kind of just threw it at us a little bit, which is fine because we all love the show. We were trying to figure it out."
According to O'Brien, he ultimately decided against returning to his Teen Wolf role because of the conclusion of the series. "I just decided it was left in a really good place for me, and I still want to leave it there," he continued. "I'm going to watch it the first night it comes out. I hope it f--king kicks ass, but I'm not going to be in it."
<h2>Back on Set!</h2>
The cast has officially begun filming, according to Paramount. In March 2022, the company revealed that filming had begun and shared photos from the start of production. "Howling at this photo dump of Day 1 on the #TeenWolfMovie set," the streaming platform wrote via Instagram. The pics included Posey wearing a leather jacket standing next to a video prompter.&nbsp;

Must be comfortable quickly and safely maneuvering set pieces off and on stage, and occasionally moving limp, deadweight actors on and off stage.

After raising hell in Season 2 of&nbsp;Daredevil,&nbsp;Netflix has officially announced that&nbsp;The Punisher&nbsp;will be receiving his own series on the highly popular streaming service. Full details haven't been unveiled as of yet, but fans can expect to get to know the real side of Frank Castle, especially before he was dubbed The Punisher. Jon Bernthal will remain the face of the brutal superhero. And the new series will follow him as we watch him hunt down criminals throughout Hell's Kitchen.

Netflix 'The Punisher' Series Coming Soon

After canceling multiple Marvel series, it seems the very last of the shows are getting axed as well. It was revealed on Monday that “The Punisher” and “Jessica Jones” are getting canceled by Netflix.
This news comes after the previous cancellations of “Luke Cage,” “Iron Fist,” “The Defenders,” and “Daredevil”, which now ends the last of the Marvel series on the streaming platform. 
According to Deadline, Netflix will continue with the second season of “The Punisher”, which has only begun to air since Mid-January, while Jessica Jones will receive a third season as its final season. 
Read the statement given to Deadline below:

In addition, in reviewing our Marvel programming, we have decided that the upcoming third season will also be the final season for Marvel’s Jessica Jones. We are grateful to showrunner Melissa Rosenberg, star Krysten Ritter and the entire cast and crew, for three incredible seasons of this groundbreaking series, which was recognized by the Peabody Awards among many others.
We are grateful to Marvel for five years of our fruitful partnership and thank the passionate fans who have followed these series from the beginning.”

In other related news, Netflix has also canceled "Friends From College" after two seasons. Netflix added a statement confirming the news saying, "“We’re grateful to creators Nick Stoller and Francesca Delbanco for creating a wise, funny and supremely relatable show,” the network said. “We also want to thank the hard-working crew, and we raise a glass to the amazingly talented cast including Keegan-Michael Key, Fred Savage, Cobie Smulders, Nat Faxon, Annie Parisse, Jae Suh Park and Billy Eichner.”

Marvel’s The Punisher is a Marvel TV series created for Netflix by Steve Lightfoot. The show is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name and set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe sharing the same world as many of film franchise character. The series started as a spinoff of Marvel’s Daredevil. 
The Punisher centers around Frank Castle. Castle uses violence to fight crime as The Punisher. Jon Bernthal reprises his role form Daredevil and stars alongside <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebon_Moss-Bachrach">Ebo</a>n Moss-Bachrach, Daniel Webber, Paul Schulze, Michael Nathanson, Jaime Ray Newman, and Deborah Ann Woll in the first season, with Josh Stewart, Floriana Lima, Giorgia Whigham, Corbin Bernsen, and Annette O'Toole joining in the second season.
The show was originally supposed to be a Fox TV series in 2011, but the project never came to fruition. In June 2015, Bernthal was cast as the character in the second season of Daredevil. Development on a spin-off called The Punisher in 2016. By April 2016, Marvel and Netflix began production of the series confirming Bernthal’s involvement. Filming for The Punisher takes place in New York City predominately in Brooklyn and Astoria, Queens. 
The <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Review_aggregator">review aggregator</a> website <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotten_Tomatoes">Rotten Tomatoes</a> reported a 66% approval rating with an average rating of 6.77/10 based on 71 reviews. The site's critical consensus reads, "A rocky start can't keep The Punisher from pushing the boundaries of Marvel's TV universe with a fresh take on the comics-derived action thriller."

Punisher season 2 is ramping up production and according to reports, the new season will keep production in New York City.
Filming under the code-name Crime, <a href="http://www.proejctcasting.com/tag/marvel/">Marvel Television</a> is keeping the show in the state after rumors production was moving elsewhere. The Punisher’s creator/showrunner Steven Lightfoot has teased a desire to include characters like O’Brien and villain Barracuda for the second season. Netflix and Marvel have yet to set a release date for the show.

'The Punisher' Season 2 Will Film in New York City

Marvel’s The Punisher will continue to kick butt and take names. Netflix made the announcement on Tuesday in a post on the show’s Facebook page, simply noting that “Season 2 is coming.” The Marvel series follows Frank Castle, who is played by Jon Bernthal, a man who takes the law into his own hands.
Netflix also announced today that it has ordered six original series from DreamWorks Animation Television. The shows range from Trolls: The Beat Goes On!, a sequel series to the 2016 feature film, to The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, based on the Dav Pilkey book series. Both shows will debut in 2018, as will the second season of Guillermo del Toro’s Trollhunters, the science fiction adventure 3 Below, and the new series Harvey Street Kids.
Netflix and Dreamworks are also rebooting the 1980s cartoon series She-Ra. The original series premiered in 1985 as a spinoff to the hit Masters of the Universe series. In the original series, She -Ra was the twin sister of Prince Adam, also known as He-Man. The new She-Ra is being created by writer and cartoonist Noelle Stevenson, who has won several awards for her webcomic and graphic novel work. 
The announcements illustrate Netflix’s continued commitment to pursue original-content. With competitors like Disney’s upcoming streaming service, it is going to be crucial for Netflix to provide as much content to a wide audience as possible. Not to mention, the possibility of Disney acquiring 20th Century Fox could be a major paradigm shift in the entertainment industry.

Netflix Renews 'The Punisher' for a Second Season

Marvel confirmed this week that the new TV show The Punisher, a TV show featuring a gun-toting main character, has been pulled out of New York Comic-Con after the Las Vegas Shooting. In a joint statement, Netflix and Marvel said they are “stunned and saddened by this week’s senseless act in Las Vegas.”
"After careful consideration, Netflix and Marvel have decided it wouldn't be appropriate for Marvel's The Punisher to participate in New York Comic-Con," the statement goes on (<a href="http://deadline.com/2017/10/the-punisher-pulled-new-york-comic-con-violence-las-vegas-1202182226/">via Deadline</a>). "Our thoughts continue to be with the victims and those affected by this tragedy."
According to <a href="http://digitalchew.com/2017/10/02/las-vegas-shooting-stephen-paddock/">Digital Chew</a>, Stephen Paddock fired from a 32nd-floor hotel room window on Sunday during a Vegas country music concert. The gunman killed at least 58 people and injured hundreds more in what is the deadliest shooting in modern history.
