Casting Director Sara Finn, is still looking for self-taped submissions for a child actor, aged 10 to 12, who can effectively portray a character of East Indian heritage. The child actor will star in the new Disney film version of "<em><strong>The Jungle Book</strong></em>".

<a href="http://starwars.com/star-wars-episode-vii-adds-academy-award-winner-lupita-nyongo-and-game-of-thrones-gwendoline-christie.html">Starwars.com</a> has just officially announced that two of America's favorite actresses will be joining the already amazing cast fo <strong>Star Wars: Episode VII</strong>

<p style="color: #252525;"><b>Gwendoline Christie</b> is a British actress. She is best known for portraying the warrior Brienne of Tarth in the HBO series <strong><i>Game of Thrones</i></strong>. She will portray Commander Lyme in <strong><i>The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2</i></strong> (2015).</p>
<p style="color: #252525;">Reports as to what roles these two actors will be playing have not been released.</p>

'Star Wars: Episode VII' Add Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie to the Cast

<h2>The Oscars is more than just an award ceremony. It is the similar to the Hall of Fame for sports. But, here are a few things you probably did not know about the winners, actors, and movies that won and loss last night.</h2>

The huge "12 Years a Slave" star was born in Mexico but she was raised in Kenya among the Luo people. This is the same tribe that the commander in chief's father was among their highest members.
<p id="yui_3_9_1_1_1393856052434_1420"><strong id="yui_3_9_1_1_1393856052434_1428">4. Alfonso Cuar&oacute;n is the first Latino filmmaker ever to win for Best Director.</strong></p>
His competition was Steve McQueen for '12 Years a Slave' but, it would be Alfonso at the end of the day to walk away with the award.

OSCARS: 6 Things You Probably Did Not Know About the 2014 Academy Awards

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/tag/lupita-nyongo/">Lupita Nyong’o</a> will star in an upcoming <i><a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/tag/charlies-angels/">Charlie’s Angels</a>’ </i>reboot.</h2>
<p class="p1">The franchise <i>Charlie’s Angels </i>first started in 1976. Since then, there’s been one reboot that starred Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu, which premiered in the early 200’s. Now the hit franchise is getting a modern re-interpretation and will feature Lupita Nyong’o, Kristen Stewart and Naomi Scott as the three angels. The movie will be directed by Elizabeth Banks, who will also be playing the role of “Bosley” - the facility between Charlie and the agents. The movie is still in early development, so there is no word yet as to who will be playing the role of Charlie.</p>

CASTING CALL: Lupita Nyong'o to Star in Upcoming Charlie's Angels' Reboot

<h2>“I remember crouching around and I was using my hands as a gun, I remember that,” the Lupita Nyong'o recalled.</h2>
<em>Star Wars: The Force Awakens </em>is on track to break a ton of box office records on Friday, but one of the lead actresses didn't even know what movie she was auditioning for when she went in to apply.

“It was crazy. I accepted this audition … and I didn’t really know what I was auditioning for. I knew I was going in for J.J. [Abrams], but I was so busy,” <a href="https://www.thewrap.com/tag/lupita-nyongo/">Lupita Nyong’o</a> told <a href="https://www.thewrap.com/tag/ellen_degeneres/">Ellen DeGeneres</a>.

“I was so busy I was working with adrenaline so I went in and out,” said the actress, who won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her first feature film, “12 Years a Slave.” “I barely remember that audition and then two months later he called me.”

Nyong'o said she didn't know the role was in <em>Star Wars </em>and had just been told that the director was "working on a big movie."

“I remember crouching around and I was using my hands as a gun, I remember that,” the actress recalled.

Nyong'o only found out what role she had won when the director called her two months later. “I was in Morocco on holiday and he called me at my hotel and said, ‘I have this motion-capture role that I’m considering you for.'”

In the new Star Wars movie Nyong'o plays Pirate Queen Maz Kanata. “I had dots on my lips and on my teeth and then at lunch time I would just eat the dots and then they would put them back,” she told DeGeneres.

<h2>J.J. Abrams wants you to know that Lupita Nyong'o was not cut from the new Star Wars movie.</h2>
Lupita Nyong'o made her way through LAX on Thursday in Los Angeles. The 32-year-old Oscar-winning actress is currently in Los Angeles to do press for her new movie <em>Star Wars: The Force Awakes </em>and director J.J. Abrams is bashing reports that she was cut from the movie.

“The number of rumors floating around about <em>The Force Awakens</em> is truly stunning. Some are wonderfully funny, others simply preposterous,” <strong>J.J.</strong> told <em><a class="external" href="http://pagesix.com/2015/12/03/j-j-abrams-slams-rumors-lupitas-star-wars-role-cut-back/" target="_blank" rel="external">Page Six</a></em>. “But the only one more ridiculous than Jar Jar Binks being a Sith Lord is that I cut <strong>Lupita Nyong’o</strong>‘s performance because it wasn’t satisfactory.”

She elevated all the scenes she is in, I’m forever grateful, and can’t wait for people to see her stunning performance,” he continued.

It was previously reported that due to Lupita Nyong'o's bad acting, she was cut from the final edit of the movie. Reports surfaced that she was unable to act in front of a green screen which forced the director to cut her from the movie.

While, all of the reports are just rumors for right now, we will just have to wait and see what happens in the future.

'Star Wars' Director Bashes Rumors: Lupita Nyong'o Was Not Cut!

<h2>JJ Abrams cuts Lupita Nyong'o' scenes from <em>Star Wars: The Force Awakens.</em></h2>
According to reports, director of <em>Star Wars: Force Awakens</em> was not impressed with Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o's acting performance and cut her scenes from the movie after reports of her "struggling with role".

Lupita Nyong'o has had several of her scenes cut out of the upcoming <em>Star Wars: The Force Awakens. </em>

The actress, who won an Academy Award for her acting in <em>12 Years a Slave, </em>stars in the upcoming Star Wars movie as Maz Kanata.

But director JJ Abrams was not impressed with her acting performance and has been forced to cut several of her scenes out of the final version of the movie.

According to <em>The Sun, </em>he was left unconvinced by what he saw and ordered for <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/lupita-nyongo-scenes-cut-star-6931397">Lupita Nyong'o's</a> dialogue to be re-recorded.

A source told The Sun: "The CGI seemed to be what Lupita struggled with, perhaps because it meant she felt less of a connection to the character. There was a general sense that something wasn’t working so a lot of her scenes ended up being either re-worked or cut. Unfortunately she just didn’t end up delivering.

"It does happen in Hollywood, but not usually with Academy Award winners. Her part in the final film will now be a lot smaller than was initially expected.

"It’s ultimately quite embarrassing for Lupita but she’s still thrilled to even be in such an iconic movie."

Lupita signed up for the highly anticipated sequel last year, along with several other major actors including Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher. At the time the actress said she was "loud and proud" to have a part in the movie.

Then, last week another action-packed teaser was released featuring several new faces except Lupita Nyong'o.

This is not the first time this has happened. In the most recent X-Men movie, Halle Berry's scenes were all removed except for a minor 10 sec clip featuring her character.

'Star Wars' Director Cuts Lupita Nyong'o Scenes Because of Bad Acting

While I never believed this to be a true story, just a ploy to keep baby girl in the limelight, I do believe that some of the pearls are fake. Not certain why one would put pearls on a white fabric so it just looks like a plain white dress but it fit Lupita well. She's always been a great model.

<h2>Update: Lupita Nyong'o's Academy Award Dress Was Fake</h2>
The supposedly $150,000 dress that was allegedly stolen from Lupita Nyong'o's hotel room the day after the awards was returned earlier this week. The dress was stolen because it was rumored to have 6,500 white Akoya pearls, the thieves thought were real.

However, according to TMZ, the alleged robber called the station to confess the crime and reveal the dress's location:
<blockquote>A guy called us at around 2:30 PM Friday and said he had taken the dress from Lupita&#146;s hotel room after he noticed the door was ajar. He said he and others took 2 pearls off of the dress and took them to the garment district in downtown L.A&#133;.where they were told they weren&#146;t real.

The thief says he decided to take the dress back to the London in a garment bag that was inside a trash bag that he deposited in a 2nd floor bathroom adjacent to a fitness center.

We contacted the L.A. County Sheriff&#146;s Dept. and gave them the info. They went over to the hotel and retrieved the bag and they found a garment bag with the dress inside.</blockquote>
The robber then pointed out that the dress was just "Hollywood fake bullsh*t"
<h2>Someone stole Lupita Nyong'o's $150,000 Academy Award dress.</h2>
Lupita Nyong'o's Oscar gown has reportedly been stolen for the Academy Award winning actress. According to <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2015/02/26/lupita-nyongo-pearl-dress-stolen-oscars/" target="_blank">TMZ</a>, the $150,000 dress was stolen from her hotel room at The London West Hollywood Tuesday morning.

Cops are reportedly looking at security footage that could help them catch the thief.

Let's hope authorities find Lupita's dress.
