Everything Coming To and Leaving Max in December 2023

He further unveiled the planned release date for the movie, stating, "The target is Christmas 2025." This announcement comes after Disney's earlier declaration in June, which indicated a delay in releasing the subsequent three Avatar sequels, extending the timeline to 2031. Although the original plan was to launch each new Avatar movie at two-year intervals, with the third installment expected in 2024, the revised schedule now sets the premiere of Avatar 3 for December 19, 2025, followed by Avatar 4 on December 21, 2029, and Avatar 5 on December 19, 2031. Even though Chris Evans is known for playing Captain America in the Marvel universe, the actor has chosen to play more dramatic roles lately. He recently starred and made his directorial debut in the Sundance drama <em>Before We Go </em>opposite Alice Eve. Chris Evans also appeared in the critically successful action thriller <em>Snowpiercer. </em>
