If you choose to mail your script submissions, send them via a reputable courier which provides a tracking number. Script submissions should be sent in a 9" x 12" flat manila envelope with the sender's return address printed on it.
Production companies and literary agencies will not open unsolicited scripts with a proper return address. Without First Class postage stamp on the envelope, script submissions sent via US mail will be immediately returned to you. Include a cover letter with your contact information and a synopsis of your screenplay, including treatment if it's a television project.
If you mail your script submission on standard paper, follow Script Format Guide exactly with all margins set at 1" and page numbers on the right-hand side of each page, no headers or footers used. Scripts submitted on standard paper will be returned unopened if they do not follow Script Format Guide.
If you're planning to mail your script submission in a manila envelope rather than using email (which is preferable), including all the information requested in Script Format Guide precisely as Script Format Guide invites it. Script submissions on standard paper will be sent back (unopened) if Script Format Guide isn't followed exactly.
Reading Script Submissions Scripts submitted to production companies and literary agencies must not contain any watermarks on the front of the script's first page, such as security markings or 'not for distribution,' Script Format Guide explains. Script submissions not conforming to standard formatting will be returned unopened.
Producers read a multitude of scripts. As Script Format Guide points out, reading scripts takes time and effort &ndash; it's investment producers have to make if they want their project brought in for development. Scripts submitted directly to individual production companies and literary agencies must be Script Format Guide-compliant to stand a chance of being read.
Production companies and literary agents make no guarantees how long it will take for them to review your script. Scripts that fail to follow Script Format Guide are unlikely to be read.
<h2>Script Format Guide</h2>
If submitting a manuscript format script to a production company or literary agency, you need to follow Script Format Guide (see below) exactly.
Per Script Format Guide, the title page of your script should include:
- Script title
- Script writer's name and contact information
- Type of project (feature, TV episode/series, half-hour sitcom, short film)
- Script release date (is the project in development, released, or in pre-production)
- Script running time (for screenplays and teleplays)
- Submission release date (indicate whether the script is available for consideration at any point during a set period &ndash; such as 'when received by June 1 st, 2016' &ndash; or only during a specific timeframe &ndash; such as 'only between January 1 st and March 31 st, 2016')
- Script genre (for example: action/adventure, comedy, science fiction/fantasy/horror, period piece, crime drama)
- Script logline (A brief one-sentence description of the story that is intriguing and concise &ndash; the more creative, the better it will be.)
- Script synopsis (This should include: a description of your story's beginning, middle, and ending; main characters by name and description only &ndash; including gender and age range; conflict or problem facing protagonist(s) &ndash; what happens to make your story move forward; and, finally, the resolution or end of your story)
- Script contact information (including name, address, telephone number(s), fax number, or email address).
Script Format Guide also recommends labeling your script with your last name first. Scripts should be printed double-sided on white paper in black ink.
A simple brad or three-hole punch should bind scripts. Never staple your script. Script submissions not conforming to standard formatting will be returned unopened.
<h2>Build a screenplay submissions contact list</h2>
When looking for a manager, make a detailed list of the individuals or organizations you believe your script would be ideal for and want to go after.
You can learn the names of producers and managers on Project Casting who work with similar material to yours to contact them later.
You'll be able to add real and viable contacts to your screenplay submission list if you get along well with these individuals.
<h2>Prepare your pitch</h2>
You don't want to spam everyone on your list at once when you have a script ready to send out and a list of potential managers and producers who might be interested in reading it. Every few days, send out about twenty queries and vary up the email query from time to time according to the responses you receive.
Consider the email to be an elevator pitch&mdash;you've got a few seconds to win someone over and that's it. Make sure your pitch letter is written in your screenplay's distinctive voice and tone. This will help yours stand out among the thousands of script submissions already flooding in.
Consider sending your pitch as a PDF attachment to protect your script from being hacked or stolen.
Be sure to include the title, genre, and logline as the subject of your email, as well as all necessary information for contacting you, including name, address, email address, and telephone number(s). Set up separate folders for each company and label those folders appropriately.

For those interested in the Academy, there are a few easy ways to learn more about it. &nbsp;The Academy has plenty of information on their website, located at ATAS.com, where you can find Academy news and events as well as membership options and educational opportunities. In order to join the Academy, you must meet certain eligibility requirements and submit an application. &nbsp;It's a selective process but the Academy makes it clear that they encourage anyone who meets their criteria to apply.
Emmy award winners are announced at an Academy-planned gala event, where those outstanding in their field receive the Emmy award trophy as well as other special awards. &nbsp;It's a night to celebrate television.

Summary of Position
The primary responsibilities of the Social Media Creative Producer begin with the strategizing, production and posting of creative assets for the Television Academy Social Media team&rsquo;s content rollouts on various owned-social platforms for Academy/Foundation initiatives. Additionally, the role will capture content and talent Q&amp;A at various Television Academy related events such as Hall of Fame, College Television Awards, Emmy Nominee Receptions, Emmy Awards ceremonies and telecasts, as well as other related events and red carpets during the For Your Consideration (FYC) season to subsequently post on owned social media accounts for the Television Academy and Television Academy Foundation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ideating and producing highly-engaging visual assets and branding for various social media campaigns and content pieces including but not limited to:

<li>Wallpapers</li>

<li>Shooting and capturing content and talent Q&amp;A video at various Academy and industry-related events and award shows to post in real-time or as part of ongoing rollouts, with an eye on organization&rsquo;s social media strategies to drive reach and engagement.</li>
<li>Video editing and packaging inclusive of clipping and/or adding visual effects and music as needed.</li>
<li>Video production utilizing existing and new content.</li>
<li>Ensuring all content is optimized for the various social platforms and adheres to overall brand voice and strategy.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Digital, Design, Talent, and Marketing teams to ensure content is produced with suitable graphics/assets, optimized SEO, and ensure all assets are consistently on-brand and adhere to Academy guidelines.</li>

&nbsp;Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or equivalent work experience required.</li>
<li>3-4 years of professional experience in content creation and producing creative assets preferably for a brand or entertainment client.</li>
<li>Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in video editing and effects.</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and working knowledge of TikTok) and experience with social media content creation.</li>
<li>Highly self-motivated and directed, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and multi-tasking; outstanding organization and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Demonstrates maturity, tact and diplomacy and maintains professionalism at all times, especially at events and red carpets, with talent and talent representation; flexible and adaptable.</li>
<li>Experience in consistently shooting/interviewing celebrities or similar level of talent/individuals.</li>
<li>Competency in Sprout (or similar web-based social scheduling system).</li>
<li>Act as liaison between talent representation and Television Academy as needed.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication, including editorial, copywriting, and interpersonal communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Works well with a team and with a range of creative people.</li>

SHOOT LOCATION:&nbsp;Oregon and Colorado. We are only considering talent who live in Oregon, Washington, or California.&nbsp;
SHOOT DATES:&nbsp;1-3 days between Mon Jan 24th &ndash; Fri Feb 11th (exact dates TBD)
Please do not apply if you have any immovable conflicts on the dates listed (going out of town, etc.) Your schedule should be flexible enough to work any dates during this range as needed. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless requested to do so via email (we will give you as much notice as possible).&nbsp;
PAY IF HIRED:&nbsp;$1,500 per day (1-3 shoot days)
Pay includes your hours worked and the usage of your image by the advertiser.
USAGE:&nbsp;Unlimited, in perpetuity
REPRESENTED TALENT:&nbsp;If you have a talent agent, the pay rates + usage terms will be different. Please see Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, or your agent for confirmed rates.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;Must live in OR, WA, or CO and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. Talent age 5+ must be fully vaccinated including available boosters, pending medical/religious exemptions.
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS:&nbsp;&nbsp;The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks. Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below.&nbsp;

In light of recent events regarding Bruce Jenner's transition to Caitlyn Jenner, it is pretty interesting. In a 2009 episode of Family Guy titled "We Love You, Conrad," the episode where Brian dated Lauren Conrad, Stewie made a joke at the expense of Bruce Jenner claiming that he was a "beautiful, elegant Dutch woman" that had apparently birthed Brody Jenner from his/her vagina.

'Family Guy', 'Married With Children' Predicted Caitlyn Jenner Was a Woman Years Ago

<h2>Caitlyn Jenner is finally here. Caitlyn's transition into womanhood has not been easy - filled with "passive aggressive" ex-wife, panic attacks, and an uneasy relationship with her kids, Caitlyn Jenner is trying to change her future.</h2>
The upcoming profile article that is featured alongside Caitlyn Jenner's debut on the cover of Vanity Fair depicts a woman who is "finally free" to live her life on her terms. But, it appears as though the path to freedom was a long and tough road. Here are some of the highlights from the Vanity Fair cover issue on Caitlyn Jenner's life and transition into womanhood.
<h3>Caitlyn Jenner's older kids do not approve</h3>
Writer Buzz Bissinger reveals that Caitlyn Jenner's older children, Burt, Cassandra, Brandon, and Brody - from two marriages prior to the Jenner-Kardashian relationship - have refused to appear on the upcoming Caitlyn Jenner E! reality show that will document Caitlyn's transition into womanhood.

While the Kardashian kids, have bonded with Caitlyn Jenner onscreen for the last several years, Jenner's other four kids have remained behind the scenes and at times removed from her life altogether. Now, per Bissinger, "they disagree with their father's decision" to producer her reality show for E!, the same network that showcases the lives of the Kardashians with 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'.
<blockquote>... [D]espite numerous entreaties from their father as well as the head of E! programming, the Jenner children refuse to participate, forgoing financial gain and exposure in the process. At first their decision did not seem to register with Caitlyn. She kept hoping they could be persuaded because she knows from eight years on Keeping Up with the Kardashians the necessity of a family dynamic for ratings success. When she realized the decision was final, she became increasingly frustrated and on one occasion hurled profanities. She told me she felt “terribly disappointed and terribly hurt.”</blockquote>
In fact, the Vanity Fair piece suggests that the Jenner kids are very skeptical and suspicious of the Kardashian's influence on Caitlyn Jenner's reality show - are network executives trying to do the right thing or are they trying to create entertaining television?

Complicating matters is Caitlyn Jenner's disconnect from his older kids' lives, Caitlyn Jenner admits:
<blockquote>I have made a lot of mistakes raising the four Jenner kids. I had times not only dealing with my own issues but exes. [It was] very traumatic and there was a lot of turmoil in my life, and I wasn’t as close to my kids as I should have been.</blockquote>
Bissinger also notes in interviews with Caitlyn Jenner's past wives Chrystie Crownover and Linda Thompson, that Jenner was not present in many major life events including his daughter Cassandra's birth, nor at son Brandon's high school graduation. But, things really hit the fan when he landed a spot on the reality show, 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians':
<blockquote>“I think the nail in the coffin for the relationship was the beginning of the TV show,” in 2007, said Burt. “There was a you-aren’t-part-of-this kind of thing. Kris made the choice to make a good TV show that was in their image and brand.” As she put it in a book she wrote called Kris Jenner … and All Things Kardashian, the title “Keeping Up with the Kardashians and the Jenners just didn’t have the same ring to it.”</blockquote>
Given Bissinger's reporting, you can't blame the Jenner kids for being upset and suspicious of reality TV and the Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner.

Caitlyn Jenner recently revealed details surrounding his marriage to Kris Jenner. Caitlyn Jenner: "I was mistreated" by her ex-wife Kris Jenner.
'The first 15 years I felt she needed me more because I was the breadwinner,' she told <a class="" href="http://www.vanityfair.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Vanity Fair.</a> 'Then really around the show, when that hit and she was running the whole show and getting credit for it and she had her own money, she didn't need me as much from that standpoint... I think in a lot of ways she became less tolerant of me.'
Caitlyn continued: 'A lot of times she wasn't very nice. People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money, all that kind of stuff.'
When Bruce let the world in on his intention to become a woman, Kris was taken aback. 'It was like the most passive-aggressive thing I think I ever experienced,' Kris lashed back.
Kris responded by telling Vanity Fair:
<blockquote>'He was married to me and he wasn't who he wanted to be so he was miserable…'All I was doing was working very hard for my family so that we could all have a wonderful future, and he was p***ed off.' 'At the end of my relationship with Bruce he definitely had a lot of social anxiety… That was one of the reasons we were in a struggle at the end.'</blockquote>

Hours after the photos were released, Caitlyn Jenner set up a Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account under the new name breaking several world records for gaining 1 million followers in four hours.
<h3>Caitlyn Jenner Panic Attack "What did I just do?"</h3>
Caitlyin told Vanity Fair magazine that "Bruce always had to tell a lie...Caitlyn doesn't have any secrets. However, it was not all peaches and cream, Caitlyn Jenner suffered a panic attack after the 10 hour surgery in March.
During the Vanity Fair interview, Jenner revealed she had a panic attack at one point during the transition.
Caitlyn told author Buzz Bissinger she was left wondering, 'What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?'
The exclamation came after waking up from a 10-hour facial feminization surgery on March 15, when she was worried she had gone too far. But after calling a counselor from the Los Angeles Gender Center, who made a house call to Jenner's Malibu home, she realized the doubt and second-guessing was 'human and temporary'.
In fact, she said that shooting the cover was better than winning the Olympics.'That was a good day, but the last couple of days were better,' Caitlyn told the magazine.
Caitlyn Jenner to make red carpet debut at ESPYs
ESPN confirmed on Monday over Twitter that Caitlyn Jenner will receive the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage at the ESPYs, happening next month in Los Angeles.
It will be the first major public appearance for the 65-year-old decathlete, who became famous in the late 70s. But as the reality star explained in the Vanity Fair cover story, it took immense courage to undergo this physical transformation.
'It's not about the fanfare, it's not about people cheering in the stadium, it's not about going down the street and everybody giving "That a boy, Bruce," pat on the back. Okay, this is about your life," the Olympic gold winner told Vanity Fair.
Caitlyn will be joined by her family onstage the Nokia Theatre during the ceremony. Previous winners include Howard Cosell, Muhammad Ali, Nelson Mandela and Robin Roberts.

Caitlyn Jenner Panic Attack: "What Did I Just Do"

Before Donald Trump ran for president, many people believed that a reality TV star would have no chance at becoming the next president of the United States. Surprisingly, Donald Trump, the star of the hit NBC reality series Celebrity Apprentice, is now the leader of the free world.
But, it looks like another reality TV star may be following in President Trump’s footsteps. At an event at New York's 92nd St. Y community center, Jenner discussed her political involvement answer Republican connections, which have led to many people to question in the past, considering many of the Republicans views concerning transgender people. Even though she endorsed Trump in the past, she claims her work with the transgender community was her focus.

She recently created the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation to support transgender rights and has been very vocal about the transgender bathroom policy. 
Despite rejecting many of Trump's latest political decisions, she says she's considering running for political office as well.

Caitlyn Jenner is Considering Running for President

<h2>Say goodbye to I Am Cait. </h2>
While Caitlyn Jenner was what everyone was talking about a few years ago, her persona, personality, and popularity has faded faster than a one-hit wonder. And now E! is pulling the plug on Caitlyn's reality show I Am Cait. 

According to reports, low ratings was the reason why the show was canceled. “There just weren’t enough viewers,” a production insider reportedly <a href="http://radaronline.com/celebrity-news/i-am-cait-canceled-caitlyn-jenner-reality-show-over-two-seasons/">told Radar</a>. “The show can’t compete with other programming.” In fact, the season 2 premiere in March earned less than 750,000 viewers.

In addition, a source told reporters that “Caitlyn just wasn’t relatable. Trans viewers did not see her as one of them.”

On the show's second season, Jenner joined trans advocates on a bus trip and discussions got intense especially regarding politics and transgender rights.

Caitlyn Jenner's 'I AM CAIT' Canceled After Two Seasons

<h2>Caitlyn Jenner is reportedly considering transitioning back to a man, according to a Kardashian biographer.</h2>
A Kardashian biographer claims Caitlyn Jenner is regretting transitioning to a woman. According to reports, Ian Halperin told The Wrap that Jenner is considering transitioning back to male "in the next couple years." However, Caitlyn Jenner's rep denied the author's claim, according to reports.

Halperin said while doing research for his book “Kardashian Dynasty: The Controversial Rise of America’s Royal Family,” several sources indicated Jenner is unhappy with his transition.

“One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of ‘sex change regret,’ hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner,” Halperin told <a href="http://www.thewrap.com/caitlyn-jenner-experienced-sex-change-regret-might-de-transition-biographer-says/" target="_blank">the entertainment website</a>.

The biographer said Jenner is interested in transitioning back for relationship reasons. “She’s still into women and wants to meet the right one,” Halperin stated.

Caitlyn Jenner's representatives told Fox411 that Halperin's claims are basically bogus. And that Halperin is a "moron."

This is not the first time. Jenner revealed he had a panic attack after the transition. The Vanity Fair profile on the reality star said: “During the first full day of recuperation… She was undergoing something that had never happened before in 65 years of life: a panic attack… The panic attack lasted about 15 seconds, but a single thought continued to course through her mind: ‘What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?’”

According to Halperin, the transition has been "very hard" for the reality star. “She’s thrilled she has raised awareness about how transgender people have long been discriminated against but I think there’s a chance she’ll de-transition in the next couple years,” the writer said. “I don’t think it would surprise anybody in her inner circle. It has been much harder than she anticipated. My heart goes out to her and I know her true friends will be there to support her on whatever path she chooses.”
