Tyler Perry sues alleged stalker for visiting him uninvited
Apparently
Tyler Perry has been consistently stalked by
Joshua Solea and is now frightened. The 27 year old stalker received notice of a protective order filed against him by Mr. Perry, on Monday.
Mr. Sole was booked in the county jail for trespassing at
Tyler Perry Studios on Friday. In Perry says that Mr. Sole is trying to intimidate him. Sole wanted to talk to Perry so bad that he shut down the power, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment and then entered through a suspended ceiling at
Tyler Perry Studios.
The chief security officer at
Tyler Perry Studios is still puzzled as to how Mr. Sole gained access to the studio. It even took law enforcement more than three hours to get Mr. Sole into custody.
Perry wants Sole to stay at least 500 feet away from him at all times, a minimum of $100,000 from Sole, and feels entitled to at least $100,000 due to the “discomfort and annoyance caused by the diminished value of peaceful enjoyment” that Perry receives from the comforts of his property.
