Stranger Things actor Gaten Matarazzo is now working as a food runner at a restaurant.
Stranger Things production is on hold due to the Coronavirus, which has left the cast and crew out of work. But one actor is taking a new job in a very different industry.
Gaten Matarazzo, the actor who plays Dustin in the Netflix series, is now working at a New Jersey restaurant as a food runner.
The 17-year-old actor is working at a Long Beach Island restaurant where several of his family members also perform.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Matarazzo was spotted wearing a hat and a face mask.
Production was getting started on the fourth season of Stranger Things in March in Atlanta, Georgia, before the Coronavirus COVID-19 lockdown shut down filming. It is currently unknown when filming will resume. That said, actor Joe Keery, who plays Steve on the show, says the filming postponement will make the show better."It gives them more time to write, and I think that that's always good," he said."I guess there's the issue of the kids growing, but apart from that, I think that we want to get the show out as soon as possible for people. That's true"”
He continued:"The [Duffer> brothers have always been extremely, extremely controlling over… the quality control of the show" "So, if this just gives them more time to realize what their vision is, then yeah, I think it could be a good thing. [Stranger Things 4] will be worth the wait, hopefully"In related news, Stranger Things is now casting speaking roles, background acting roles, and other acting jobs –Here'ss how to apply!
