‘Real World’ Star Ryan Knight Died From a Drug Overdose

‘Real World’ star Ryan Knight died because of an accidental drug and alcohol overdose.

According to reports, the initial autoposy was inconclusive, but the medical examiner in Knight’s hometown found has now determined that he died of an acute mixed drug and alcohol intoxication. The drugs found in Knight’s system include methadone, tramadol (a painkiller) and alprazolam, according to THR.

According to Drugs.com, Methadone reduces withdrawal symptoms in people addicted to heroin or other narcotic drugs without causing the “high” associated with the drug addiction and Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and anxiety caused by depression.

Knight was a cast member on The Real World New Orleans in 2010.
