Adult Swim Reveals The ‘Rick and Morty’ Season Six Premiere Date. 

Adult Swim has revealed the official premiere date of Rick and Morty season six. The following season may include “Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss!”

The newest season of the two-time Emmy-winning comedy series will premiere worldwide on September 4, 11:00 p.m. ET/PT. They did not reveal the plot details. A press release confirmed that it will “[p]ick up where we left them, worse for wear and down on their luck. Will they manage to bounce back for more adventures? Or will they get swept up in an ocean of piss! Who knows?! Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss!”

“It’s hard to overstate the impact of Rick and Morty. More than a hit show, it is truly a global phenomenon,” said Michael Ouweleen, president of Adult Swim and Cartoon Network. “As we prepare to launch this soon-to-be iconic season, we will be giving fans a unique way to be part of the fun – so keep your eyes peeled.”

Season five debuted in June 2021, about a year and a half after the conclusion of season four. Justin Roiland, who co-created and co-executed with Dan Harmon, will reprise his roles as Rick and Morty alongside Sarah Chalke, Chris Parnell, and Spencer Grammer.

Season five of “Rick and Morty” will premiere on September 4.
