'Star Wars' stuntwoman, Olivia Jackson, was one of the stunt doubles on the upcoming Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. Following an unfortunate accident, the actress and stunt double is going to have her arm amputated. According to reports, the 34-year-old South African stuntwoman, who also appeared in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, spent two weeks in a medically induced coma after she hit a metal camera arm while filming in South Africa in September.“My left arm is paralysed and is going to have to be amputated,” she told The Sun.
“My facial scarring is horrible and I wish I had my old face. But I’m truly grateful to be alive.”
“All of us here have been praying every single day for her and her family and sending our thoughts out hoping some of the positive energy reaches her, because she truly needs it,” she added.
