The 'Flintstones' is coming back to a theater near you.

Warner Bros. is bringing "The Flintstones" back as an animated featured, according to Deadline. The project is currently in development and details surrounding the production have not been released. However, Chris Henchy from Will Ferrell production company, Gary Sanchez Productions, is currently working on the script. The 'Flintstones' features America's favorite caveman family. The cartoon series made it's first appearance on the big screen in 1994 with a live action version starring John Goodman. The movie would later do a sequel with "The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas," in 2000. This is the first of what is expected of many reboots for Warner Bros. TheWrap reports that executives are considering a "Scooby-Doo" and "Looney Tunes" remake. What do you think of a new "Flintstones" movie? Share with us your thoughts in the comments below!
