Twerk Star, Miley Cyrus filed for a temporary restraining order on Friday against an Arizona man who thought the singer was speaking to him through the radio.

According to the Associated Press, the alleged stalker, Devon Meek, 24, was detained by the LAPD’s Threat Management Unit on May 16 outside of a property that is thought to be Cyrus’s. Meek, believes that Cyrus communicates with him through her songs and was placed in custody at a mental health facility. Meeks is still currently residing in a mental health facility.

Detective Rosibel Smith wrote in a statement that Devon Meeks said that they should shoot him in the head if he couldn’t meet Cyrus. Smith later wrote that a police officer who interviewed Meek informed him that ” when he is released from the hospital, he will not stop seeking Ms. Cyrus and that he will continue to go to Ms. Cyrus’ residence until Ms. Cyrus accepts him or he dies.”

A hearing is being set for three years is scheduled for June 16th.
