Mayweather vs Pacquiao: Time Warner Cable had a 12 hour Customer Support Wait

Date:

Time Warner cable had a 12-hour wait for customer support on fight night.

If you were hoping to watch the  fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, it’s possible you had some problems with your cable company. And if you are a Time Warner subscriber, customer support would take 12 hours.

The following screenshot comes from Gawker. Apparently, it would take someone 755 minutes and 30 seconds before they ever got any help.
