Lindsay Lohan is a trending topic once again. This time however it was not about a possible sex scandal, drug use, or Hollywood bashing.

In fact, out of the blue, Lindsay Lohan took to Instagram to announce that she is considering to run for president by 2020. "I may run for president. Through ups and downs. Let's do this," Lohan posted. She tagged another presidential 2020 hopeful Kanye West in her post. She also tagged President Barack Obama, thanking him for inspiring her and West to be better people. Lindsay Lohan 3 Andrew F. Kazmierski / Many people assumed that it was the drugs talking or the alcohol has lead her to a night of drunk-Instagramming. But, she continued posting photos and writing captions about her presidential plans. Her next post was a picture with Kanye West. The caption reads: "The first thing I would like to do as president is take care of all the children suffering in the world. Queen Elizabeth II showed me how by having me in her country." Lindsay Lohan then posted a photo of her carrying a child back when she was in India.

  1. Being a native-born U.S. citizen or those born abroad but only to parents at least one of whom was a U.S. Citizen at the time.
  2. Being at least 35 years of age
  3. Must be living in the country for at least 14 years
