'Journey to the Center of the Earth' Sequels will Star Dwayne Johnson

Two more 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' movies are on the way.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has just signed a two movie deal with Warner Bros. to star in two more Journey to the Center of the Earth movies.

The football player turned wrestler turned actor replaced Brendan Fraser as the star of the Journey to the Center of Earth franchises. When the movie was released in 2012 it was a big box office hit. Now, producers are interested in inviting the actor back for two more family movies.

According to reports, The creators of 'The Conjuring', brothers Chad and Carey Hayes, are expected to write the screenplay for the two movies. The brothers became good friends with the actor while Dwayne Johnson was filming the disaster movie, San Andreas earlier this year.
