Here is an updated list of movies, TV shows, and reality shows that are currently filming, their filming location, and casting calls.

Filming in California:

Castle – After a serial killer imitates the plots of his novels, successful mystery novelist Richard “Rick” Castle gets permission from the Mayor of New York City to tag along with an NYPD homicide investigation team for research purposes.

Scorpion – An eccentric genius forms an international network of super-geniuses to act as the last line of defense against the complicated threats of the modern world.

Brookyln Nine-Nine – Jake Peralta, an immature but talented NYPD detective in Brooklyn’s 99th Precinct, comes into immediate conflict with his new commanding officer, the serious and stern Captain Ray Holt.

 Zeroville – A young actor arrives in Hollywood in 1969 during a transitional time in the Industry.

State of Affairs – A CIA officer plucked from the field to become the president’s daily briefer, assuming responsibility for targeting America’s most critical threats while navigating the unique lifestyle that comes with such a high-powered job.

CSI: Cyber – Special agent Avery Ryan works to solve crimes as a CyberPsychologist for the FBI.

House of Lies – A scathing look at a self-loathing management consultant from a top-tier firm. Marty, a highly successful, cutthroat consultant is never above using any means (or anyone) necessary to get his clients the information they want.

Archer Season 6 – At ISIS, an international spy agency, global crises are merely opportunities for its highly trained employees to confuse, undermine, betray and royally screw each other.

Dish Nation – Dish Nation is a nightly syndicated television program that features celebrity news and humorous commentary on pop culture presented by radio personalities from across the United States

Resurrection – The lives of the people of Arcadia, Missouri, are forever changed when their deceased loved ones return.

The 5th Wave – 16-year-old Cassie Sullivan tries to survive in a world devastated by the waves of an alien invasion that has already decimated the population and knocked mankind back to the Stone Age.

The Vampire Diaries Season 6 – A teenage girl is torn between two vampire brothers.

The Originals Season 2 – The Original vampire family, from The Vampire Diaries, return and settle in the city they helped build, New Orleans.

Powers – Set in a world where humans and super heroes co-exist, a homicide detective is tasked with investigating crimes involving superhuman powers.

The Red Road Season 2 – After a terrible tragedy and coverup occurs involving the sheriff’s wife, an unholy alliance is forged between the sheriff and a dangerous member of the tribe that will come back to haunt all involved.

The Game Season 8 – A spin-off of “Girlfriends” featuring a group of women who all have relationships with professional football players.

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 4 – Love & Hip Hop Atlanta chronicles the lives of several women who are connected to Hip hop music. The third season premiered  with Kalenna Harper, Yung Joc, and Waka Flocka Flame joining the cast. VH1 has renewed the show for the fourth season.

2Fat2Fly- 2Fat2Fly follows best friends Ramone Dickerson and Corey Simmons as they navigate their small-town food truck business of the same name, selling a twist on a culinary classic: stuffed chicken wings.

The Phenom- Features Ethan Hawke, Paul Giamatti, and Paul Sparks. The Phenom is written and directed by Noah Buschel.

Married to Medicine- Follows a group of successful and educated women, including doctors and wives of doctors, who are connected to the world of medicine in Atlanta. Whether delivering babies in Louboutins or rushing off to galas in Buckhead, these women do everything with style, drama, and of course, southern flair.

PTA Moms- “PTA Trend-Setters,” moms who pick up their kids from school wearing trendy clothing.

The Accountant- The Accountant centers around a mild-mannered accountant who also works as a lethal assassin. The Accountant features Ben Affleck.

Left Behind: The Kids Movie- “Left Behind” started as a series of novels written by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins until the series became a movie franchise, creating four movies, graphic novels and a video game. The upcoming production, “Left Behind: The Kids” is based on 40 short books aimed at young adults.

Filming in Louisiana:

GEOSTORM Geostorm is a film about a man who heads into space to prevent climate-controlling satellites from creating a storm of epic proportions, his brother discovers a plot to assassinate the president.

Big Life – “A family comedy” about a father and son rediscovering who each other is…” Filming expected through Feb. 4 in Baton Rouge.

Peeks Kill – Independent feature film Peeks Kill shooting in Baton Rouge February 16, 214 through March 4, 2014.

NCIS: NEW ORLEANS Led by Agent Dwayne Pride played by Scott Bakula, the New Orleans office of NCIS handles cases from the Mississippi River to the Texas Panhandle. Special Agent Chris Lasalle and his partner Great Lakes Special Agent Merri Brody work with Pride to ensure the safety of the Crescent City.

THE ASTRONAUT WIVES CLUB Based on Lily Koppel’s best-selling novel, The Astronaut Wives Club tells the real story of the women who stood beside some of the biggest heroes in American history during the height of the space race.

The Zoo The Zoo centers around a young renegade scientist who is forced to unlock the mystery behind the recent string of violent animal attacks sweeping the planet.

When the Bough Breaks When The Bough Breaks  is a psychological thriller that will starring Morris Chestnut and Regina Hall. When The Bough Breaks, directed by Jon Cassar and centers around a professional couple who hire a blue-collar surrogate who develops a violent obsession with the husband.

The Americans – Two Soviet intelligence agents pose as a married couple to spy on the American government.

Show Me A Hero – Mayor Nick Wasicsko took office in 1987 during Yonkers’ worst crisis when federal courts ordered public housing built in the white, middle class side of town, dividing the city in a bitter battle fueled by fear, racism, murder and politics.

Blue Bloods – Revolves around a family of New York cops.

Elementary – A modern take on the cases of Sherlock Holmes, with the detective now living in New York City.

Gotham – The story behind Commissioner James Gordon’s rise to prominence in Gotham City in the years before Batman’s arrival.

Daredevil – A blind lawyer with his other senses superhumanly enhanced fights crime as a costumed superhero.

Orange is the New Black

Orange Is The New Black – The story of Piper Chapman, a woman in her thirties who is sentenced to fifteen months in prison after being convicted of a decade-old crime of transporting money for her drug-dealing girlfriend.

Urge – A group of friends on holiday on an island experiment a new designer drug that makes them lose their ability to control their urges.

Public Morals – Set in 1967 in New York City’s Public Morals Division, where cops walk the line between morality and criminality as the temptations that comes from dealing with all kinds of vice can get the better of them.

Allegiance – NBC has given a series order to “Allegiance,” a drama about a young, idealistic CIA analyst (Gavin Stenhouse) specializing in Russian affairs who learns that his parents are former covert Russian spies that the Kremlin has re-enlisted to plan a terrorist operation inside the United States.

The Americans – Two Soviet intelligence agents pose as a married couple to spy on the American government.

The Blacklist – Former government agent Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) has eluded capture for decades. But he suddenly surrenders to the FBI with an offer to help catch a terrorist under the condition that he speaks only to Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone), a young FBI profiler who’s just barely out of Quantico.

Codes of Conduct – A young man with a mysterious past makes his way into New York’s high society.

The Following – A brilliant and charismatic, yet psychotic serial killer communicates with other active serial killers and activates a cult of believers following his every command

Forever – A 200-year-old man works in the New York City Morgue trying to find a key to unlock the curse of his immortality.

The Good Wife – Alicia has been a good wife to her husband, a former state’s attorney. After a very humiliating sex and corruption scandal, he is behind bars. She must now provide for her family and returns to work as a litigator in a law firm.

Happyish- In a culture that reveres youth – a culture he helped create – Thom needs to figure out what his purpose is now that he’s halfway to death and nobody cares what he thinks. Because in a world where any Kardashian is trending up, perhaps the wise among us would heartily embrace trending down.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit – This show introduces the Special Victims Unit, a new elite squad of NYPD detectives who investigate sexually related crimes.

Madam Secretary – A look at the personal and professional life of a Secretary of State as she tries to balance her work and family life.

Mozart in the Jungle – Sex, drugs and classical music illustrate what happens behind the curtains at the symphony can be just as captivating as what occurs on stage.

Mr. Robot – Centers on a young programmer, Elliot (Rami Malek), who suffers from a debilitating anti-social disorder and decides that he can only connect to people by hacking them. He will find himself in the intersection between a cybersecurity firm he works for and the underworld organizations recruiting him to bring down corporate America.
Odd Mom Out – Odd Mom Out, coming soon to the small screen, is a half-hour comedy starring celebrated fashionista and author Jill Kargman. The show, based not-so-loosely on her own life, takes viewers inside the world of wealthy momzillas inhabiting New York City’s Upper East Side.
Person of Interest – An ex-assassin and a wealthy programmer save lives via a surveillance AI that sends them the identities of civilians involved in impending crimes. However, the details of the crimes–including the civilians’ roles–are left a mystery.
Power – James “Ghost” St. Patrick, a wealthy New York night club owner who has it all, catering for the city’s elite and dreaming big, lives a double life as a drug kingpin.
Public Morals – Set in 1967 in New York City’s Public Morals Division, where cops walk the line between morality and criminality as the temptations that comes from dealing with all kinds of vice can get the better of them.
Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll – A middle-aged rock ‘n roller who desperately wanted to be rich and famous but so far, he’s 0 for 2.

HBO Show Me a Hero

The Slap – The Slap is described as a complex family drama that explodes from one small incident where a man slaps another couple’s misbehaving child. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt – A woman escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over again in New York City.
Younger – Younger is about a single mom (Foster) who suddenly finds herself back in the workforce but her age is going to prove extremely difficult. However, all of that changes when she runs into (Mazar) who thinks she looks a lot younger. She soon ends up working as an assistant and making friends with a 20-something co-worker (Duff).

Geezer – “Geezer” centers on the mid-life crisis of a husband and father who, on his 40th birthday, decides to revisit his punk-rock past by throwing an extravagant party in the presidential suite of the Drake Hotel — where he encounters his beautiful ex-girlfriend and former bandmates who have since moved on to bigger and better things.
Manhattan Nocturne – Porter Wren is a Manhattan tabloid writer with an appetite for scandal. On the beat he sells murder, tragedy, and anything that passes for the truth. At home, he is a dedicated husband and father. But when Caroline, a seductive stranger asks him to dig into the unsolved murder of her filmmaker husband Simon, he is drawn into a very nasty case of sexual obsession and blackmail–one that threatens his job, his marriage, and his life.

Three Generations – A teenager transitions from female to male, and his family must come to terms with that fact.

Daughter of God – After witnessing a miracle, a young Latina woman experiences strange things as a police detective searches for the truth behind his partner’s death.
