Paramount is looking to rejoin Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell in "Daddy's Home".
Paramount is currently in development on "Daddy's HOme" starring
Mark Wahlberg and
Will Ferrell in the Gary-Sanchez production.
The movie is expected to be directed by Sean Anders and John Morris, directors of
We're The Millers and
Horrible Bosses 2.
"
Daddy's Home" was originally planned to feature
Vince Vaughn alongside
Will Ferrell. But, plans fell through. Now, Mark Wahlberg is set to join the cast and crew of the feature film after finishing
Transformers: Age of Extinction for
Paramount.
The movie was written by Brian Burns, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy and Cohen. The movie centers on
Will Ferrell as a mild-mannered radio executive who tries to become the best stepdad ever to his wife's two children. But, problems arise when their freeloading real father
Mark Wahlberg arrives forcing the stepdad to compete for affection of the kids.
