Casting Scam Hits Chicago's Film Industry

A casting scam is targeting actors in Chicago's film industry.

4 Star Casting, the extras casting company behind Empire, The Exorcist and APB,  took to Facebook on Friday to announce that people are pretending they are associated with the casting company and cancelling your bookings. However, this is not true and is a scam.
"Do NOT believe any emails except emails from the designated email addresses that you have been contacted from all year."
4 Star Casting is announcing to disregard these emails and only pay attention to the official e-mails associated with the casting company, which are also listed below. Happy Friday All, There are some fake emails floating around around where people are pretending they are 4 Star Casting and cancelling your bookings. Do NOT believe any emails except emails from the designated email addresses that you have been contacted from all year. We are listing them below. We also have a new database and often send out emails from there. These emails can go to spam and look slightly different in the senders address box.
