Ryan Gosling's 'First Man' Atlanta Casting Call for Spacesuit Techs

Ryan Gosling’s First Man is now casting spacesuit techs in Atlanta, Georgia.

Casting directors are looking for actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on

Producers are seeking the following types:

• SPACESUIT TECHSSeeking Clean Cut Caucasian Men  Men must have shorter hair or be willing to cut it / No shaved heads Men must be clean Shaven or willing to shave No Visible tattoos or piercings.

About First Man:

Josh Singer, who earned an Oscar for his Spotlight screenplay, wrote First Man based on James Hansen’s biography, First Man: A Life of Neil A. Armstrong. Gosling has reportedly been tied to the project since late last year, but only inked a deal to star in the film earlier this year.

After serving as a Navy pilot in World War II, Neil Armstrong joined the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, the precursor to NASA, as a test pilot and engineer. His first mission as an astronaut was Gemini 8 in 1962, during which he performed the first successful docking of two vehicles in space. On July 21st, 1969 he became the first person to walk on the moon as part of Apollo 11.

You should be taking NEW updated photos for this project. I will need to see what your current hairstyle looks like. This is a period piece so will require haircut for men that hair is not correct. Please understand we are trying to be historically correct in each and every scene.
