Casting directors are looking for talent to work on Wednesday, February 24th in Nashville, Tennessee.
Casting Directors are looking for extras to play BBQ kids, church goers, and family members.
Here are the following roles:
- BBQ KIDS: female and male, Caucasian, age range 5-10 years old, wholesome, innocent, super All-American, 1950s type not modern. Minors MUST have a parent or legal guardian on set with them at all times.
- CHURCH KIDS: female and male, Caucasian, age range 8-13 years old, wholesome, innocent, super All-American, 1950s type not modern. Minors MUST have a parent or legal guardian on set with them at all times.
- BBQ PARENTS: male and female, Caucasian, age range 35-45 years old, wholesome, All-American, clean-cut, small to medium build for ladies (size 8 is the largest), medium to average build for men, 1950s type not modern. NO visible tattoos, natural colored hair only.
- CHURCHGOERS: male and female, Caucasian, age range 30-60 years old, wholesome, All-American, clean-cut, small to medium build for ladies (size 8 is the largest), medium to average build for men, 1950s type not modern. NO visible tattoos, natural colored hair only.
About Novitiate:
Melissa Leo, Dianna Agron and “The Leftovers” actress Margaret Qualley will star in the coming-of-age drama “Novitiate.” The film, set in the early 1960s, tells the story of a young woman, Sister Cathleen (Qualley), who starts to question her Catholic faith as she trains to become a nun. Leo will portray the Reverend Mother and Agron will play another young nun in the convent.

NASHVILLE, TN Casting Notice – Feature Film “Novitiate” for work on WEDNESDAY 2/24/16. **MUST also be able to attend a wardrobe FITTING on Thursday 2/18/16 -or- Friday 2/19/16 (should have both dates open so WE can choose which date you are needed to come in for Fitting)

We do not have Call Times yet, so you would need to be fully 100% available on work dates. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.
Location is in the NASHVILLE, TN area.
