Are You Looking for a Job? 7 Movies and TV Shows That Are Now Hiring

Gambit and several other TV shows and movies are now hiring crew in New Orleans, Louisiana.

According to the New Orleans Film Commission, producers are now accepting resumes for all crew positions. As a result, producers are looking for production assistants, grips, gaffers, make-up artists, stylists, wardrobe artists, and other crew members to work on the upcoming feature film.

Forevermore (Gambit)

According to Omega Underground, production for Fox’s Gambit movie is currently being locations touted in New Orleans and is no longer working under the working title of “Chess” rather “Forevermore”. Directed by Gore Verbinski and stars Lizzy Caplan, and Channing Tatum.

Preacher Season 3

The series follows “a Texas preacher named Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper) who is inhabited by a mysterious entity called Genesis that gives him the power to make people do whatever he commands. Once this power attracts the attention of two mysterious angels, Fiore (Tom Brooke) and DeBlanc (Anatol Yusef), Jesse, his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga), and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) are thrust into a crazy world populated by a cast of characters from Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.”

Highwaymen

The story of legendary lawmen Frank Hamer and Manny Gault, veteran Texas Rangers who led the hunt for notorious Depression-era outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. Though they’d hung up their badges by the time of the duo’s crime spree, the men were coaxed back by bank owners and commissioned as special investigators to assemble a posse. The movie stars Woody Harrelson and Kevin Costner.

Eli

A boy receiving treatment for his auto-immune disorder discovers that the house he’s living isn’t as safe as he thought. The movie stars Charlie Shotwell.

Semper Fi

A police officer who serves in the Marine Corps Reserves is faced with an ethical dilemma when it comes to helping his brother in prison. The movie stars Sam Claflin, and Nat Wolff.

Claws Season 2

“Claws” is described as a “midnight-dark, wickedly funny meditation on female badness,” which follows the rise of five diverse Florida manicurists in the traditionally male-dominated world of organized crime. The series will reveal that there is a lot more going on at the Nail Artisan salon of Manatee County than silk wraps and pedicures. The TV series is executive produced by Rashida Jones and stars Karrueche Tran.
