The Glorias starring Julianne Moore and Bette Midler is now casting several roles in Savannah, Georgia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Savannah, Georgia starting this January 2018.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- 1960s PLAYBOY BUNNIES – (no obvious plastic surgery!)
- REAL MALE BARBERS-1940s (African American only)
- NATIVE AMERICANS-1980s (Cherokee + Lakota)
- ASIAN WOMEN (ages 18-100!)
- BIKERS-1990s (Real Motorcycle Owners/Riders)
- PERSIAN WOMEN (ages 18-100!)
- HISPANIC WOMEN AND MEN (ages 18-100!)
About The Glorias:
Oscar-winner Julianne Moore will play feminist icon Steinem with fellow-Oscar winner Alicia Vikander in talks to play the activist between the ages of 20-40. The movie, based on Steinem’s memoir, will follow her journey to become a crusader for equal rights and her groundbreaking work as a journalist and campaigner. The Ms. magazine founder’s story has added resonance in this Time’s Up and #MeToo era. The production is in discussions with a host of Hollywood A-Listers to join the project. (Deadline)

We need ALL ethnicities and genders and types (please no visible tattoos and no facial piercings – this is a largely period movie). Directed by Julie Taymor, STARS Julianne Moore, Alicia Vikander, and Bette Midler.
