Intensity Films to Hold Open Casting Call for 2015 Movies in Charlotte, North Carolina
CHARLOTTE – Intensity Films is launching a city-wide search to find actors for an upcoming feature film project. The project, based on a bestselling novel Hustlin’ Backwards by local author Mike Sanders, is set to begin filming in mid to late May.
The Charlotte casting call will take place Saturday, May 9 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Dupp & Swat Creative Agency, located at 2424 N. Davidson St, Suite 112-B. Auditionees are asked to arrive at least fifteen minutes before the start of the casting call. Casting call applications will be provided on-site.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to showcase some of Charlotte’s own talent, in a local production based on a novel set in the Queen City.” says author Mike Sanders.
Casting producers are looking for outgoing and charismatic African American Males and Females and Hispanic/Latina Females ages 21 and over. Producers are also seeking an African American Male age 9-11. Individuals will be casts for starring roles and extras.
