Lifetime’s Girl From the Hood is now casting actors, models, and talent to work as background extras in Cincinnati, Ohio. Producers are looking for a ton of extras to work on the new feature film. Filming will start Tuesday, July 12th through Saturday, July 23rd.
About Girl From the Hood:
Singer and “R&B Divas” star Michel’le will share her story in a new TV movie and documentary which is set to be produced by Thinkfactory Media.
Girl From The Hood (working title) will follow Michel’le’s journey from growing up in Compton to her experiences with Death Row Records, as well has her relationships with founders Dr. Dre and Suge Knight. The project is being described as “one of fame, abuse and ultimately, survival and triumph.
The projects will detail her journey from the streets of Compton, including her experience with Death Row Records and her relationships with founders Dr Dre and Suge Knight, described as “one of fame, abuse and ultimately, survival and triumph”. No premiere dates were announced.
