FOX’s New Series ‘Gang Related’ Open Casting Call in LA

Gang Related is an upcoming American action drama television series that is expected to air on Fox during the 2013–14 American television season. Fox placed an order for the series on May 8, 2013, with a midseason debut planned.

The series follows members of the Los Angeles Police Department’s elite Gang Task Force as they take on three of the area’s most dangerous gangs, including one gang that a task member has ties to.

Central Casting Los Angeles recently posted the following Casting Call on their Facebook Page:

*****OPEN CASTING CALL!! OPEN CASTING CALL!!*******

Central Casting is holding an Open Casting Call for background actors to work on the T.V. show “Gang Related”. This casting call is for non-speaking featured roles. We are looking for people to portray hard core gangbangers to portray African American, Latin and Korean gangs. We are also looking for individuals with Low Riders, Motorcycles and downscale, beater cars. Please bring a picture of your car/motorcycle with you to the open call. Anyone with visible tattoos will need to provide clearance for any visible tattoos prior to working by completing a clearance form. We will have these forms available for you at the Open Call. If you would like to participate in the Open Casting Call you must be at least 18 years old and you must bring with you the proper ID’s to fill out an I-9 (please see below for a list of I-9 documents). Make sure to come with your best gangbanger look and wardrobe!
