Dolly Parton’s ‘Coat of Many Colors’ Casting Call for Farmers

Date:

NBC’s new TV movie, Coat of Many Colors is looking for female farmers in Atlanta, Georgia.

After filming several church scenes last week in Atlanta, Georgia, CL Casting, the extras casting director for NBC and Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors, is looking for young women in Atlanta, Georgia.

Casting directors are looking for background actors to work on the scene. Producers are specifically looking for young Caucasian women with shorter hair. Ideal talent will be “thin or thin/muscular as though they have been working on a farm.”

‘Coat of Many Colors’ will center around Dolly Parton’s upbringing and to offer a look inside the “tight-knit Parton family as they struggle to overcome devastating tragedy and discover the healing power of love,” NBC argues that the project is not a “biopic, musical nor about Dolly’s whole life and performing career.” Instead, the Peacock calls it “a family-oriented faith-based story about the incidents in her and her family’s life around the time she was 9 years old.”

To audition for a role on NBC’s ‘Coat of Many Colors’, check out the casting call details below:
