Commercial casting call for athletes in Toronto, Ontario.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on scenes filming on Toronto, Ontario.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • 1) Female Recumbent Bike Rider – Age 30 to 50. A recumbent bike is tricky to ride, so we’ll need experienced / proficient riders for this. Please send us some footage of you riding this bike.
  • 2) Male Basketball Player – Age 35 to 40’s. Average height & build. We’ll need to see him dribbling as well as shooting some real hoops.
  • 3) Female Swimmers – Age 40’s. She looks like a mom. Competent­-ish swimmer (Specifically backstroke). Please send us some footage of you swimming backstroke if possible.
  • 4) A Family who is comfortable jumping on a Trampoline together – Mom, Dad and 2 kids. Parents: ages 30 to

Commercial Casting Call

Jigsaw Casting Ltd. is seeking Recumbent Bike Riders, Basketball Players, Female Swimmers and Families who are comfortable jumping on a Trampoline together.

This is for a Non-Dairy Beverage Campaign in Toronto!

Looking for the following roles:
1) Female Recumbent Bike Rider – Age 30 to 50. A recumbent bike is tricky to ride, so we’ll need experienced / proficient riders for this. Please send us some footage of you riding this bike.
2) Male Basketball Player – Age 35 to 40’s. Average height & build. We’ll need to see him dribbling as well as shooting some real hoops.
3) Female Swimmers – Age 40’s. She looks like a mom. Competent­-ish swimmer (Specifically backstroke). Please send us some footage of you swimming backstroke if possible.
4) A Family who is comfortable jumping on a Trampoline together – Mom, Dad and 2 kids. Parents: ages 30 to 45. Kids: 7 to 12.

*Pays approximately $2,500 per person if selected. No previous acting experience required. This is a union job. Non union members can also apply. Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

2. Clear recent Photos of yourself. (no hats or sunglasses).
3. If you are applying for Swimmer or Recumbent bike roles, please tell us your experience with this hobby and include a video.
4. Since this spot is musically driven, and our characters sing along in parts, please tell us your vocal range? karaoke singer? tone deaf? Great singer? We are open to all singing ranges.
5. Please tell us which day you prefer to audition: September 5 or 8, what time range works best for your schedule. (If you are selected for an audition, we will try our best to accommodate you but there are no guarantees)
6. Are you allergic to almonds? Some roles may require you to drink almond milk.
7. Please write ‘PROJECT NON-DAIRY’ in the subject line of your email, along with your name and role you are applying for. (For Example: PROJECT NON-DAIRY – Jessica Mirabella – Role 3 Swimmer)

Submissions are due ASAP before September 7 at 9am.

You must be available for these key dates (in Toronto):
AUDITION: September 5 or 8, 2018.
CALLBACKS: September 11 or 12, 2018.
SHOOT: September 18, 19, 20 or 21, 2018.
