CMT’s new series Million Dollar Quartet is now casting extras for a concert scene filming in Memphis.
CMT’s new TV series Million Dollar Quartet is looking for actors, models, and talent to play concert goers for a scene filming in Memphis, Tennessee. Casting directors are looking for Caucasian men and women between the ages of 18 to 65 to work on the upcoming scene. Filming will take place on Friday, June 17th.
About Million Dollar Quartet:
CMT is adapting the Tony Award winning musical based on the recording sessions made by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis and turning it into an eight-episode drama. It’s set to premiere later on this year.
The series will focus on the rapid rise to fame of musicians during a time of political change and social unrest.

MEMPHIS, TN Casting Notice – CMT Television series “Million Dollar Quartet” for work FRIDAY 6/17/16. *MUST also be able to attend a wardrobe FITTING on TUESDAY 6/14/16 or Wednesday 6/15/16!

We do not have Call Times so you would need to be fully 100% available on work dates. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with an 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.
–We will not be providing mileage/gas reimbursement or accommodations to anyone working as background talent on this project. You are responsible for your own transportation and local accommodation.–

**EXTRAS**:
CONCERT GOERS: male and female. Caucasian, age range 18-65. Men: NO facial hair-small mustache may be acceptable), NO visible tattoos (especially on arms or neck/chest) and NO piercings! Short hair or willing to let us give you a short 1950s period style hair cut. LADIES – Natural colored hair ONLY and short to shoulder length hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut which would likely be to shoulder length. Short fingernails only – no acrylics or obviously fake nails.
