CMT ‘Million Dollar Quartet’ Memphis Casting Call for Real Families


CMT’s new TV series Million Dollar Quartet is now casting real families in Memphis.

On Location Casting is looking for background extras to work on Monday, April 4th for the new CMT TV series Million Dollar Quartet. Talents must be able to attend a wardrobe fitting scheduled for this March 31st or Friday, April 1st. Producers are looking for kids and real families to work on the upcoming episode.

About Million Dollar Quartet:

CMT is adapting the Tony Award winning musical based on the recording sessions made by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis and turning it into an eight-episode drama. It’s set to premiere later on this year.

The series will focus on the rapid rise to fame of musicians during a time of political change and social unrest.

MEMPHIS, TN Casting Notice- CMT Television series “Million Dollar Quartet” for work MONDAY 4/4/16. *MUST also be able to attend a wardrobe FITTING on Thursday 3/31/16 or Friday 4/1/16

We do not have Call Times so you would need to be fully 100% available on work dates. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!

Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.

–We will not be providing mileage/gas reimbursement or accommodations to anyone working as background talent on this project. You are responsible for your own transportation and local accommodation.–

Location is in the MEMPHIS, TN area.
FAMILY PARENTS: male and female, African American, age range 33-45, interesting character faces, MEN – size 42R with a 32/34 waist and 30 inseam due to wardrobe size restrictions. LADIES – size 4 or size 10. NO visible tattoos! Men – Short hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut. Ladies – Natural colored hair ONLY. NO weaves! Short fingernails only – no acrylics or obviously fake nails. (this role has a possibility of recurring throughout our filming schedule).

FAMILY KIDS: male and female, African American, age range 7-11, interesting character faces, Boys – Short hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut. Girls – Natural colored hair ONLY! (this role has a possibility of recurring throughout our filming schedule).
