BBC’s ‘Little Women’ Casting Call for Swimmers

Casting directors are seeking talent to work on a scene filming on September 4th in Wicklow, Ireland. Producers are seeking the following types:

  • You MUST be an EXCELLENT & STRONG male swimmer as the part requires swimming. Aged between 18 to 25
  • – You must have at LEAST 2 inches of hair on side & back of head.
    – Maximum height of 5ft 11
    – Maximum chest size of 42 inches
    – Maximum waist size of 36 inches

About Little Women:

Originally published in 1868, Little Women is set against the backdrop as the Civil War as four sisters — Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March — transition from childhood to adulthood. With their father at war, the foursome learn to navigate love and loss with help from their mother. Heidi Thomas (Call the Midwife) will write the three-part miniseries, with Vanessa Caswill (Thirteen) set to direct.

Exciting opportunity to be a FEATURED Swimmer on BBC’s Little Women.

Shooting Sept 4th, fitting this week in Wicklow.

You MUST be an EXCELLENT & STRONG male swimmer as the part requires swimming. Aged between 18 to 25

– You must have at LEAST 2 inches of hair on side & back of head.
– Maximum height of 5ft 11
– Maximum chest size of 42 inches
– Maximum waist size of 36 inches

You must also be able to make your own way to a remote part of Wicklow for filming.
