Casting Call: Male Stand-In Actor
Job Details: We are currently seeking a male stand-in actor for an upcoming film project. The selected individual will work closely with the director and principal actors to assist in the blocking and staging of scenes, particularly those involving intimate scenarios. This role is critical for setting up accurate lighting and camera setups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on set to represent the principal actors when they are not available during technical preparations.
- Assist the director and cinematography team by participating in rehearsals and taking direction to accurately portray scene setups, including intimate scenes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion on set, especially during sensitive scene preparations.
- Be prepared for varying schedules, potentially involving early call times or late wrap times.
Requirements:
- Male, late 20s.
- Height: Ideally 5’8″ to 5’9″.
- Prior acting experience is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with blocking intimate scenes in a professional and respectful manner.
- Ability to follow directions closely and adapt quickly to changes on set.
- Must be local to or able to commute to Atlanta and Acworth, GA.
Compensation:
- $121 per 10-hour day.
- Payment will be made following standard industry practices.
