'American Crime' Season 2 Casting Call for Speaking Roles
ABC's 'American Crime' is looking for young African American actors to audition for a speaking role on American Crime season 2.
The first season of American Crime centers on a racially charged murder the subsequent trial, which are examined through the personal lives of the people involved in the crime. The case gets bigger and bigger, becoming a point of conversation in Americas views on race, class and gender politics. The series is written and executive produced by Oscar Winning Screenplay writer John Ridley. The second season, which is scheduled to premiere midseason during the 201516 television season, will feature a new storyline and characters, with some actors from the first season playing different characters, including Huffman, Hutton, Regina King, Elvis Nolasco, Richard Cabral, and Lili Taylor
