Halt and Catch Fire is now casting extras for a software event scene in Atlanta, Georgia.

AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire is now casting actors, models, and talent to work on an upcoming Software event episode filming in Atlanta, Georgia.

Casting directors are looking for guys in their mid 20’s to mid 40’s to play business types and computer experts in the late 1980’s.


About Halt and Catch Fire:

Halt and Catch Fire Season 2Halt and Catch Fire centers around one year after IBM all but corners the market with the release of its first major product – the IBM PC. In this fictional drama, a former IBM executive, Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) plans to reverse engineer the flagship product of his former employer and forces his current company, Cardiff Electric, into the personal computer race.

Halt and Catch Fire Season 3 Casting Call

For a scene next Wednesday 3/16 – we are looking for MEN generally mid 20’s to mid 40’s with a few older — will be a mix of business types and computer experts and all supposed to be in 1986 –
Basically no modern styles, no modern dyes looking for basic hair, ladies shorter to shoulder length hair — guys must have some length – no totally shaved heads so a few inches to really long hair can work and facial hair must be full beards, mustache only or clean shaven — generally slim to average builds –
