Amazon’s Wonderstruck casting call for NYC lower class types.
Grant Wilfley Casting is looking for men and women ages 18 to 80s years old to play NYC down and out types such as “Druggies, lower class, homeless” men and women for the Amazon Original Movie. Filming will take place this Saturday, May 28th in New York City.
About Wonderstruck:
Wonderstruck centers around two deaf children, Ben and Rose. Ben lives with his family in Minnesota in 1977, and runs off to New York following his mother’s death when a mysterious note shows up. Rose, who is locked in a house in 1927 New Jersey, also escapes to New York to see her idol, film actress Lillian Mayhew.

Seeking NONUNION Men/Women, 18-80s age range, all ethnicities to portray NYC Down and Out Types: Druggies, lower class, homeless for work on the Amazon Original Movie “Wonderstruck” starring Julianne Moore and directed by Todd Haynes.
Work date is Saturday, May 28th.
Must be available for a fitting either 5/13, 5/14 or 5/15 in Lower Manhattan. (PLEASE NOTE WHAT DAY YOU ARE AVAIL IN SUBMISSION)
Rate for shoot: $100/10
Rate for fitting: $25
This scene will be Exterior Summer Season! You will be in short sleeves, shorts, tank tops, skirts, etc.
We are seeking SLENDER bodies. Men and women with little or no tattoos. This scene takes place in 1977 and will require women who are mostly pretty slender with hair all different lengths but no longer than mid-chest length. Dyed & highlighted hair is fine but no bright unnatural colors (blue, pink, purple, green, etc). Men must have some length to their hair. No crew cuts, shaved heads, etc.
