Showtime’s new series ‘Outcast’ is looking for South Carolina actors.

Casting directors are looking for male background actors to play miners with older pick up trucks for an episode filming on Tuesday, December 8th in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Producers are looking for people that own older cars and look like working class miners.


About ‘Outcast’:

Similar to The Walking Dead, Outcast is based on a comic written by Robert Kirkman and centers around Kyle Barnes, a young man who has been plagued by possession since he was a child. Now as an adult, he embarks on a journey to find answers, but what he uncovers could mean the end of life on Earth as we know it.

‘Outast’ Open Casting Call

OUTCAST – OUTCAST – TUESDAY 12/8 (ALL NIGHT FILMING for this request) -Seeking MALES to portray MINERS with older pick up TRUCKS or Older VEHICLES -early 2000’s or late 1990’s. Can be Black, Blue, Grey and so on – no white or bright reds. CAN USE A FEW MALES THAT DO NOT HAVE SUCH VEHICLES.
Should be working class vehicles -nothing too fancy but in good shape. This is a flashback scene so no newer vehicles can be used.
Must be 100% on this filming evening hours…as in possibly report around 10 pm on Tuesday and filming into am hours on Wednesday. PLEASE NOTE HOURS -MUST BE ABLE TO ARRIVE IN THE EVENING ON TUESDAY 12/8 AND FILM INTO AM HOURS ON WED 12/9 (which could be ALL night). Those selected will be filming with the LATE filming unit on this date.
