An upcoming big box store is now casting families for upcoming commercial filming in Montreal, Canada.
Casting directors are now hiring actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming this summer 2020 in Montreal, Canada.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- 1. ‘Supplies’ – Parent with his or her teen. One Parent aged 45 – 50. Daughter/Son aged 14 – 16.
- 2. ‘Professor’ – Parent with his or her child. One Parent aged between 35 to 45. Son/daughter aged 10 – 12.
- 3. ‘Multitasking’ – Parent with his or her child. One Parent is between the ages of 35 – 39. Son/ Daughter aged between 6 – 9.
- The cast of this campaign should be authentic and believable. LOOKING FOR REAL PARENT/CHILD combos only. It is ideal to have a pair that have been quarantining together who can work close together. We need to accurately represent real Canadians. Open to all background and culture. Humble people who work hard in their everyday lives to provide for their families.

Big Box Store Commercial Casting Call
Jigsaw Casting is seeking Real Parent and Child Combos for a Big box Store Campaign! Casting in Ontario but filming in Montreal!
All talent must be comfortable travelling to Montreal. They can choose to fly or drive their own vehicle – either way, their travel will be covered. Crew and talent must follow all COVID SAFETY ON SET PROTOCOL. Please see details here.
Talent will be considered for 1 of the 3 scripts, whichever they fit best with their child, Looking for Parents / Children/Teens who fit the following criteria:

PAY is approx. $2,500 per person. This is a union campaign. Non members are welcome to apply. No previous acting experience is required. This is a non speaking role. Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
If interested, please submit a self tape. Here are the Instructions:
1. Introduce yourselves, kids tell us your age.
2. Please answer the following question: ‘Now that rules are relaxing…what are you two looking forward to doing after months of quarantine?’
3. ACT THIS OUT – Parent: You are saying goodbye on the 1st day of school. Standing or sitting whatever is comfortable. Child says goodbye. You are left to ponder the future…small reactions, think about your doubt..feeling alone..worry. Then collect yourself because you need to be strong. (Have someone film the both of you close up, this should not be a far away shot)
4. Please make sure to keep your self tape under 3 minutes long, you can use your cell phone for filming. Once you have filmed this, you can apply online
To be considered for this campaign. You must be available for the following dates:
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: June 22, 2020 at 10am.
ONLINE INTERVIEW / RECALL: June 24 or 25, 2020.
Travel – Friday, July 3 *Montreal fitting
Shoot – July 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 ***in Montreal***
Return Travel – Wed, July 8
**Please note:
– Some shoot days might roll into late night/overnight.
– Parents of small children need to be prepared to sign off on children having to stay up late for the shoot.
– Some talent will be required for multiple days.
