Details surrounding Shia LaBeouf’s recent arrest have been revealed and they are pretty crazy.

New details have emerged about the unexpected arrest of actor Shia LaBeouf, who was picked up in Austin on Friday night for public intoxication and jaywalking.
The 29-year-old allegedly jay-walked past police officers, who noticed his “speech was slurred and thick-tongued and his eyes were glassy and dilated,” according to the The Austin American-Statesman.
But, this was not the typical Shia LaBeouf arrest, according to the police. According to an affidavit obtained by the New York Daily News, LaBeouf yelled crazy accusations to an officer identified as Sgt. Jelesijevic. First, he claimed that the Los Angeles Police Department had killed a friend of his. Next, while “staring intently”:
And he became increasingly confrontational, aggravated, profane and verbally aggressive with Sgt. Jelesijevic throughout the stop, calling him a ‘silly man’ three times.
LaBeouf also allegedly claimed he was a member of the National Guard and told the officer to “do whatever the f***k you gotta do!”
Shia LaBeouf would respond to the arrest with a mysterious riddle on his Twitter page.
