Here’s every movie and TV show now filming in New York City.

Despite Atlanta’s growing film industry and Chicago’s latest strategy to boost their entertainment industry, New York City is still one of the biggest film industry capitals. And it looks like the Big Apple has no plans of slowing down.

According to a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, New York City’s new film Czar is working hard to increase the number of production studios to increase the number of TV shows, and movies filming in NYC.

Here’s a complete breakdown of every TV show and movie filming in New York City, according to NYC.gov.

What TV Shows are Filming in NYC

40 North

The Looming Tower traces the rising threat of Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda and takes a controversial look at how the rivalry between the CIA and FBI inadvertently might have set the stage for the tragedy of 9/11 and the war in Iraq. It centers on Ali Soufan (Tahar Rahim) and John O’Neill (Jeff Daniels).

The 1980s: The Deadliest Decade

In many ways, the 1980s are considered the deadliest decade in recent history. Who wants to travel back in time knowing the 10 years consisted of infamous cases like the serial-killing crime spree of “Night Stalker” Richard Ramirez, the Menendez brothers’ murder of their parents, and Mark David Chapman’s cold-blooded shooting of music legend John Lennon? Investigation Discovery explores the dark side of nostalgia to recount other notable murder investigations from the ’80s, an era of ego where excess and greed dangerously collide.

The Americans

Two Soviet intelligence agents pose as a married couple to spy on the American government.

Big Dogs
BIG DOGS exists in an alternate reality of New York City. Businesses are shuttered, crime is rampant, black markets thrive. Drug are run via taxis and NYPD detectives use taxis for undercover teams trying to rein in the chaos.

U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades goes after hedge fund king, Bobby “Axe” Axelrod in a battle between two powerful New York figures.

Shades of Blue

Shades of Blue is an upolice procedural, legal, crime drama television series set inNew York City. It was created by Adi Hasak that is expected to air on NBC, where it will debut as a mid-season entry in the 2015–16 television season. The series stars Jennifer Lopez as the main character Harlee Santos, a single-mother FBI agent, who is forced to work in the FBI’s anti-corruption task force, while dealing with her own financial problems.

Sneaky Pete
