Bloomingdale’s Launches Services for Georgia’s Film Industry

Bloomingdale’s Lenox Square is launching a studio services department exclusively for Georgia’s growing film industry.

The new department will support film and TV wardrobe department’s looking for outfits to appear on TV shows and movies filming in Georgia.

In a recent press release by Bloomingdale’s Lenox Square, Bloomingdale’s will now offer a Studio Services department to help with the film and TV industries in the Atlanta area. Bloomingdales will have the ability to help costumers, stylists, and wardrobe consultants in the film industry, while providing stylish solutions for their wardrobe and prop needs.

Studio Service experts are now trained and able to work alongside professionals from the Georgia film industry.

“We are excited to bring Studio Services to Atlanta,” says Patricia Donohue, Director of Studio Services. “This new location gives Bloomingdale’s the opportunity to service the needs of our Studio clients where they work coast to coast.”

“Our Lenox store is pleased to welcome members of the film industry for a turn-key experience of all Bloomingdale’s has to offer ,” said Tom Abrams, operating vice president and general manager of the Lenox Square store. “With new designers and European labels, the best in fashion trends, and exemplary service, we are happy to provide our city with this enhanced availability right here in our store.”

Bloomingdales has several Studio Services department in various locations on the West Coast such as Beverly Center, Glendale, Santa Monica, and Sherman Oaks location. In addition, Bloomingdale’s 59th Street offers Studio Service. But with Georgia’s rapidly expanding film industry other businesses are taking notice.
