James Cameron: Avatar 2 Will Make You “Sh*T Yourself”

Date:

James Cameron says the new Avatar sequels will make you “Sh*t yourself”.

The second, third, and fourth Avatar movies are expected to come out in the next few years, which gives you enough time to prepare yourself for hours of CGI and green screen scenes.

In an interview with Empire, James Cameron expressed that he is extremely excited about the new Avatar movie:

“I can tell you one thing about them,” Cameron laughs when Empire nonchalantly enquiries about storylines. “They’re gonna be bitchin’. You will shit yourself with your mouth wide open.”

That’s right. Cameron believes you are going to crap your pants, the movie is going to be so good.

On April 12, 2014, during a talk to Reddit, Cameron revealed that he was currently working on the three scripts for the sequels, which would be finished within six weeks (late May). He said that all three sequels will be into production simultaneously, slated for December 2016 to 2018 releases. He also confirmed that Sigourney Weaver would not only be returning in Avatar 2, but that she would be featured in all three sequels, and that her character Grace Augustine would be alive. As of November 2014, Pre-production has begun, and filming will reportedly begin in December 2014.

Avatar 2

Avatar broke several box office records and became the highest grossing movie of all time, beating Titanic, which held those records for 12 years (and was also directed by Cameron). It also became the first movie to make more than $2 billion.  Avatar was nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, and won three, for Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography andBest Visual Effects.
