Netflix now hiring!
Netflix is now hiring hundreds of new jobs to keep up with the growing size of the company. Netflix executives are looking for individuals who have experience in the TV, film, public relations, post-production and content creation field.
“Our core philosophy is people over process. Our culture has been instrumental to our success and has helped us attract and retain stunning colleagues, making work here more satisfying,” Netflix says.
Netflix adds, “Our first original series debuted in 2013. Over the following decades, Internet TV will replace linear, and we hope to keep leading by offering an amazing entertainment experience.”
Some of the benefits for Netflix include time-off. “Time away works differently at Netflix. We don’t have a prescribed 9-to-5 workday, so we don’t have prescribed time off policies for salaried employees, either. We don’t set a holiday and vacation schedule, so you can observe what’s important to you—including when your mind and body need a break. We believe in working smarter, not harder.”
