Netflix is now hiring hundreds of new jobs to keep up with the growing size of the company. Netflix executives are looking for individuals who have experience in the TV, film, public relations, post-production and content creation field.

Netflix adds, “Our first original series debuted in 2013. Over the following decades, Internet TV will replace linear, and we hope to keep leading by offering an amazing entertainment experience.”

    Netflix is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our lean and growing Recruiting team. For us, talent acquisition is a priority, and we need someone who understands the importance of our challenges, and also has the drive to make an impact as we achieve our goals. You will be responsible for for the full cycle candidate experience and providing a seamless candidate experience from candidate to hire.

  • Coordinator, Post Production – Kids & Family (series)

    We are seeking a Post Production Coordinator to support the Kids & Family Post Production team.  This position would organize vital post information and workflows across both original productions and Licensed content from pre-production through archive & wrap using internal tools, as well as supporting projects with our cross-functional teams within Netflix.

  • Post Assistant – Series

    A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

  • Return to Work Program – UI Engineer – Content Creative Engineering

    The Path Forward Return to Work program at Netflix is a 16- week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to anyone who has at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply.

    Content Creative UI Engineering is a part of our larger Content Engineering team. We build and maintain the web applications that enable content creators to promote and analyze content that entertains and informs over 125 million Netflix viewers.

  • International Originals Creative Producer – Mexico

    As part of a creative team within the product organization, the Originals Creative Producer is in a unique position to blend the data based A/B testing realm with the highly creative world of Netflix Originals. The Originals Producer position uses both the left and right brain equally and requires a personality and skill set that can easily go from art to science and back again. The Product Creative team creates compelling assets to connect our subscribers to the original Netflix content they love, and also brainstorms, coordinates, and socializes with multiple stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless launch on a global scale. Through a  partnership with our Content Acquisition team and the Marketing teams, you will develop beautiful, inspiring creative in the form of static artwork, motion, graphics and video elements to tell a story and engage audiences in our brand.
