Based in New York, this role will assist in all aspects of the Celebrity Universe (RTW, Leathergoods, Shoes, Accessories & Watches) with a focus on sample trafficking and manage Fashion GPS celebrity sample inventory.

Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in New York City for a Client Relations Coordinator supporting the Private Client Relations and Client Actions teams of Louis Vuitton Americas. Reporting to the VP of Client Relations, this role will work with both teams on events and communications being sent out to our Retail teams regarding client events. With strong organizational skills, you will manage the logistics and research for our events with the appropriate teams including venues, décor, invitations, and event concepts. Additionally, you will assist with on-site support for local events when supplementary help is required and work with the Zone teams to determine which clients to target for specific events.
As someone who possesses strong computer skills, you will manage and track the budget log and maintain the Client Actions calendar. You will also be tasked with identifying cost savings and vendor management to ensure a positive relationship is maintained. Lastly, you will create timely recaps with event results to share with the teams and share tangible best practices for future opportunities.
